They will just melt down like Chernobyl did !!
Then contaminate the oceans , very impressive.
If you had read the article you would have known that the nuclear power plant has a safety feature that shuts down automatically if the plant is sunk, like the nuclear submarine the Kursk, whose nuclear reactor shut down and after the Kursk was raised the reactor was ready to work again.

They are only as secure as the people who are in charge of them !
That is the problem.
WEll they are not going to give the job as plant manager and workers to just anyone. You sound not only paranoid but racist.

Cutting edge technology? Last time i checked the russian gov't didn't even want to put money down for insurance purposes for the nord stream in case something went wrong. What are they scared of if their technology is so cutting edge?
And how the hell are they gonna dispose of nuclear waste? They wont just dump it in the sea just like the soviet nuclear subs did during cold war wont they? The russians are very cost efficient and really dont care about the natural environment.
You mean like the Americans putting their nuclear waste into leaky drums and then building houses on top of the places they bury them, and allowing the nuclear and chemical waste to drip into the rivers and lakes and give cancer and other diseases to the people.

What a pity that the rest of the entrepeneurs in America give those you deem as the bad guys a run for their money by tripping all over themselves to kill Americans with their toxic waste. But of course you already knew that while you were smearing Russians, didn't you?

Your kind of mentality "It's Russian, so I MUST attack it" show how bitter and backwards you are!!
How do Americans or Canada solve their nuclear waste problems? I don't think they are more clever than anyone else in that field.
Amen to that one.

We could really use one. We could have it in California in summer and move it to Alaska for the winter.
