I am not for Communism in any form. The communist party is looking for any reason too come back into power. This recent economic recession is really giving them a wonderful opportunity too doing this sort of thing because of the inflation and the cost increases for basic goods. Since I live in the Crimea I was surprised at the number of communists that are still around. They are mostly the simple people {though some intellectuals} and they talk freely of the “Good Old Days” and every one having the same. This too some extent was true as every one {For the most part} had the same though not much by western standards it was enough. This causes some problems with the wife and I at times because as a westerner I would not like too live in a place that dictated every accept of my life but for them it’s viewed as comforting.

Its a bit of a strange protest though. They apparently didn't allow orange flags. Makes the Russian government look good if you ask me...
