You know, I really don't see why the Roma are so discriminated against. Why do companies even have a no Roma policy? How does it hurt your company that Roma work for you?

Dear Susan,
Rroma (this is the correct spelling) population is usually associated with a high rate of crime, illiteracy and anomy. This is why so many companies avoid employing Rroma people (gipsies). They are known for stealing, thieving, lying and so on. Of course there are plenty of Rroma with an impecable conduct and very educated too. But they are regarded as 'exceptions'... And I should also dispell a common confusion made between Rroma population (their origins are in India) and Romanian people (they come from Romania, a south-eastern European country, with LATIN origin, nothing to do with RRoma people.
