here's your info, natalie, as per 'Observator de Constanta', a local newspaper, june archive:
the name of the crane is of M/P 682 type, and belongs to a company called UNITE SHIPPING Agentie, in Constanta maritime port. apparently, six people have died in the accident.
the victims are: Mircea Costea and Marian Nastache, Cornel Constantin and Gheorghe Ionita, Stefan Nita and Eugen Smiticiuc.

beside the loss in human lives, wounded victims have also been reported. they are:
Daniel Stoica, Laurentiu Pruna, Gica Raducan and Aurica Otel.
