relax.it true that they are romanian nationality that live in moldova at one time moldova was part of romania but the romanian goverment has to be careful to make sure that the people from moldova that apply for romanian citizenship apply for the right reason and they qualyfi to be citizen of romania.we dont nead any more people to embarase us anymore.as far is making coments about usa their is no other country in the world i wanna be i would die for this country any days.go usa go.

Relax. It won't affect you any way. You are too far and I doubt you ever will return in Romania.
As for Romanian government, it has the moral duty to give back what is ours, I mean romanian citizenship.

I am sadden by the fact that such a stupid discussion is taking place. There is truth in both sides. However, let's face it, the Moldavians are our blood and they need to be loved and accepted as brothers should do. Mistake have been made and they will be made, but family remains family. Congratulations to those on the other side of Prut for their stand for their language and culture, and congratulations to those on the west side of the river who find it in their hearts to extend a helpful hand to those in need. I never understood why some people never learn from history, for while the big world powers want to become big and thus dominate, others continue to be naive and divide themselves in order to be dominated, like the Yugoslavians.
