Gazprom formally starts takeover of Romania-based petrol stations
The Competition Council analyses an operation in which Nis Petrol SRL will take over three petrol stations in the counties of Arad and Sibiu , CC informs, quoted by HotNews.ro. Nis Petrol is controlled by Serbian oil and gas company Naftna Industrija Srbije , a member of Russian group Gazprom.
