I grew up in a beer joint. All of my early life, especially my Christian life, I had to fight against "church people" who kept calling me dirty because of where I came from. Many Southern Baptist people have a double standard: they seek
"the lost" over in "foreign lands" but shun them
or association with them "here at home."
Every addict, every homosexual is a son or daughter or relative of some church member, but most church members do not care.

I think people should pray for you, because you're kinda messed-up.
I'll pray for you because I don't think you're a bad person.
