What one person has to say (the Clyde's of this world) and how they say it adds nothing to the worry and anxiety of your concerns about ALF. The issue is you will all have to do mich better than to look for flaws in the message presented by ALF people. No one s asking anyone to join them at all and this has been made plain -for each must stand before GOD if there was not another soul let alone your affiliation about the mainline. The mainlines time has closed - it may appear all hunkey dori and this forum would never exist if there was not laden doctrinal apostasy within the ranks of the church at the highest levels right down to the laity and emergency for the hour we live let alone the harlotry the mainline has accomplished over five decades. you are not making any sense esp when you know what is the truth about the Godhead and yet you swoon over a recent baptism in the SDA chuch (they say amen to the triune Trinity to bebaptised) and speak highly of the church as being spirit filled! Why extol the hypocrisy of the mainline when when some soul is baptized into the central doctrine of the Little HORN which you know is wrong and yet keeps the Sabbath. Christ died for us.[ Rom. 5:8] God seeks to save that which is lost.. not to condemn and ridicule and point accusing fingers saying apostcy/ adultery. That has never been God's method. While God does not ever overlook sin ... He draws near to gives hope for the sinner. Read John ch. 4 or ch. 8 to see how God treats those who have fallen deeply into sin.
The story of the Prodigal son shows how God bestows the "gift" of repentance. When we know that we know that we deserve the pigpen... and we go home with our pitiful story... and the Father throws us a party... al because He loves us and wants to be with "US"... we deserve the pigpen... but we get a party... it is only when we "EXPERIENCE" this love first hand that we change and become "children of God" ...
