Mostly cuz the bible writers used a lot of the customs of the day or time and let's face it man is not perfect by al means, so then is the bible unfoullable, unearant, as if it was spoken from the very mouth of the living God?, no way. Will you find the word of God in it?, yes when the Holly Spirit leads you to it. Thanx

Why would the Holy Spirit you lead you to read the bible?

I'm not here to argue the Bible, but to expose evil, which I believe you are in a very sneaky way.

Virtue,
Now you know that my original post on this thread was the truth. There are those on this forum who insist you believe as do they, otherwise you are 'of the Devil'. Honest questions, honest answers and civil discourse do not cut it with these folks. They must 'stir the pot' every chance they get simply to 'prove' that they are right and you are wrong.

They can't prove they are right and I am wrong.

That is not their point, and does not matter to them. What matters is that you are wrong and they are right just because they say so, proof be damned. This is just as I warned, and will not change because of the FIREWALLS they have programed into their minds, which doesn't allow them to hear ANYTHING that even remotely disagrees with their already preconceived paradigms. Such is life on this forum.

No. Possession takes on a whole different character which they are not showing. They are demonstrating the characteristics of those who believe that they have been 'born again' of the Holy Spirit, but in reality they are simply 'under the influence' of another spirit that they 'believe' by faith is the Holy Spirit but is not. Belief does strange things to people, making them angry when someone disagrees with them, causing them to become fearful deep inside that what they believe may not be true. Then they act out this fear by attacking those people that have shown them their error from Scripture. This does not demonstrate possession, just a systemic misunderstanding of how the Holy Spirit works. Possession can come later when they reject all attempts by the true Holy Spirit to bring them to the truth, and they are 'sealed', ie.'born' of that alternate spirit all the while believing they have been born of the Holy Spirit.

Thankfully as yet NO ONE has been 'born again', the sealing has not yet taken place, and there is still a little time left to learn the truth. That time is (however) very short.

What experience have you had with demon possession?
