"Millerism became synonymous with insanity and the sect would become one of the reasons given by Dorothea Dix, an advocate for managed treatment for the mentally ill (as opposed to imprisonment), to ask the federal government for a land grant to help states provide for the mentally ill.[Dix Memorial Presented to Congress]" And yet when you read the memorial there's no mention of Millerism, at all!

Then the author was drawing a justifiable parallel between Millerism and insanity.

And yet he/she did. If you had searched for the Dix Memorial Presented to Congress ( http://www.disabilitymuseum.org/dhm/lib/detai... ) you could have read the two short pages and found that there was no mention of Millerism in it.

Now the questin is what were your motives: lazy, stupid, or both? Or, given your habitual lying perhaps it is simpler yet: you prefer to believe lies?

And you'd be wrong, yet again.

Do try to stay on topic. Changing the topic shows that you know that you've already lost the argument.

DJC, really now, who the heck gives a toot about this? Why even argue about what Jesus already said that EGW was a false prophet?
