Per Hubbard, there is "PR of PR," there is "PR," there is "Black PR," there is "Propaganda," and there is "Black Propaganda" - and then there is "Intelligence gathering" (data collection) and then there is "Attack" ("Support," or "covert dirty tricks Operations")"Intelli gence."

They, according to Hubbard, are supposed to work together.

Apparently, you have not seen the confidential PR Series issues (not in the Green volumes), and you have not seen senior tactical, PR and Propaganda tech writings, by Hubbard, such as 'Battle Tactics'.

And, no doubt, you have not seen the many confidential Propaganda Tech issues by Hubbard.

But this you can do, for a start: Read Public Relations Series 18, that you can find in the PR Series in the Green Volumes. Do that, and then read the entire (available, non-confidential) PR Series while you're at it. Then get back to this Forum with what you've learned.

Here's a tip for you: Even this part (the non-confidential Hubbard writings on "Public Relations") can be a bit confusing, as it mixes "PR of PR" with "PR" with "black PR" with "black propaganda."

(That's partly because Hubbard regarded himself as having - in his own words - tremendous "flair" endowment, and he could - thus - "get away with" all sorts of things, because of his skill level and special "charm.")

So take your time. When you're ready, you can begin to study - bit by bit - L. Ron Hubbard's *confidential writings*(the senior tech) on Public Relations, and related topics.

I'm a P.T.A. member.
Coach: Oh, and who is the Chairman there?..."
