Nothing you say negates your statement that G-d said the last thing to man already. It's not true. We know so because we know that G-d will again speak at least when the Messiah comes, if not before.

You mis-spoke. You know you mis-spoke. You just can't admit it.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad may have endeared himself to much of Latin America with his performance at the funeral of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, but minders of religious righteousness in his home country were unamused.
His sin — unfortunately for him captured in a photograph — transpired when he came cheek to cheek with a grieving Elena Frias, the mother of the late president, while clasping her hands. In strict Islamic societies, people are not supposed to touch others of the opposite gender unless they are related or married.
The image sparked a storm of controversy in the Iranian press, according to the English-language Iran Pulse, and went viral on Twitter and Facebook as users joked about it or speculated about how the conservative Islamic clerics back in Tehran would respond.
Their answer was swift and certain.
"In relation to what is allowed (halal) and what is forbidden (haram) we know that no unrelated women can be touched unless she is drowning at sea or needs (medical) treatment," said Hojat al-Islam Hossein Ibrahimi, member of the Society of Militant Clergy of Tehran, according to the Iran Pulse report.
...
During the eulogy, Ahmadinejad said that Chavez "will come again along with Jesus Christ and Al-Imam al-Mahdi to redeem mankind,” putting the populist Venezuelan president and ex-paratrooper in the ranks of holy figures.
...
Some Shiite religious figures admonished the Iranian president to become better educated about his religion.
Nothing wrong. Them crazy Mullahs!

It would be nice to see Chavez coming along with Jesus. It would be a great fun to watch two socialists or communists together.

Clueless paul WV, please refer to my posts.

If you can't understand them then you are indeed a lightweight.

You have already made a fool of yourself by clinging on to Greek to save your "scriptures".

You have no answers PaulWV because you are a blind follower of lies pumped by corrupt men and a disintegrating "church".

Here is a simple request...which bit does not make sense to you?

TRY answering it HONESTLY.
"Please provide direct quote/s from Jesus confirming his divinity along the lines of:
I am Jesus and I am your God. I have come down to earth as promised in the Jewish scriptures, as my own son in human form to die on a Roman cross for the sins of Gentiles (and Jews). If you accept my willing loving and unconditional sacrifice, you shall be saved and shall have eternal life".
Go for it Paul WV...
Please don't fob us off with comments from passers by, peasants, drunks, saint killers and publicans!
Thank you...

The messiahs of the different faiths will never come.
There's nothing like a final messiah since the earth nature is evolutionary and will take perhaps millions or billions of years for an average degree of perfection to be attained.
No one can teach anyone anything.
Once the soul attaches itself to the self and gets activated all knowledge that inheres in this system gets gradually manifested.
The prophet can only point out the way to the extent that he is capable of.
A little off topic Joel. We were discussing whether the expected Messiah of each religion was the same person. Why can't G-d speak to more than one faith? You admit that you believe in prophets in the last sentence. If you do, why can't there be one prophet recognized by all religions? If all recognize him/her, why won't that event cause peach?

Once more we have someone trying to understand text based only on what he can glean from his 21st century perspective. This is were Sacred Tradition is needed to understand the text as those who knew those who wrote the text and passed that meaning on to the believers.
Please tell us all a bit more about "Sacred Tradition"...

As a naive ex- priest I am at a loss to find clear directives from Jesus on this!

"When did Jesus tell you to follow the Sacred Tradition a la RCC?"

Perhaps thesse may be "sacred" to RC, Anglican, Eastern Orthodox or Oriental Orthodox to ensure that your church authority remains intact despite complete choas around it.

Do you believe that your friend paul followed the ways of Jesus?

Actually Jesus is the one , who had an Alter Ego, which means a second self. Alter ego is mostly related to people suffering from Schizophrenia.
By that definition, you can conclude that your biblical Jesus was schizophrenic, because he thought he was God or the Father.
Muhammad clearly kept God Almighty as the LORD and considered himself a servant of God.
From Matthew 5 to Matthew 7, Jesus was behaving normally but I do not know what went wrong later and how did he contract schizophrenia. May be Saran had introduced a few demons into his body.
allah was the alter ego of mohammad. He was so schizophrenic that he wanted to kill himself on several occasions. Being suicidal is not the personality of mentally healthy person.

It does not matter whether or not Jesus spoke Greek, what matters is that the text was written in Greek and Jesus' words/meaning were translated into Greek.

It can not be said whether or not Jesus knew Greek. What was He doing for the first 30 years? Learning Greek?

Bro,

There is no need to ask Paul. Jesus only told his followers to follow God, repent and asked them to be righteous.

Even poor Jesus is unaware of the so-called Sacred Traditions, which are nothing but Fatwas (opinions) from the Fatwa Masters of the Church.

St Paul was a Born Again Christian and apostle, prophet and God's messenger to the gentiles; but of course he followed Jesus.

First off, there is nothing in Qur'aan from the balderdash of your New Testament, which is full of lies and forgeries.
There is no talk about the clowns Paul, Peter, the old hag Joseph, John, Luke, Mark, Matthew, james and others. There is no mention of Jesus getting baptized, Ghost diving down like a dove, Satan and Jesus spending time together and hiking, etc.
Qur'aan only talks about Zecchariah, his son John, Mary and her mother (Not named) and Jesus, ridicules and condemns the Son of God and Trinity.
So what did he borrow from the pile of teh rotten garbage of Christianity? Nothing!
All scripture in the Quran is borrowed from The Jewish Scriptures and and from Christian Church and other religions.
Only the Stories are twisted to suit Muhammad.
A prophet confirms without twisting the writings of past prophets.
Muhammad did not do that.

Muhammad tried to entwine the God of the Holy Bible with his pagan moon god.

Every thing Muslims do in worshiping Allah is borrowed from other religions.

The evidence is over whelming that Muhammad was fraud.

Muhammad is the God of Muslims.
Muslims turned the life of Muhammad into Muhammad as a God.

You don't get it.
Muhammad raped, robbed, and murdered.
So in Islam it is not a crime to rape, rob, and Murder non-Muslims.
Look at the laws of Islams.

I am now thinking think Jesus had a flare for languages. He spoke Hebrew and Aramaic.

In his early teens, he learned Hindi/Sanskrit on his trip to India. The reason I say this is because he sounds more like Indian sages.

On the way back, he learned Arabic and Persian.

Earlier, when he was a child, he learned Egyptian, whatever that was. In his early twenties Jesus went up North and learned Latin and Greek.

So, when he spoke, he used all the languages and that is why he became incoherent. That led to the failure of his mission.

No.

It was the Father, who was Jesus' alter ego. Jesus, who was schizophrenic, thought that he was the Father.

Muhammad never said anything silly and absurd like this:

"You have seen me, so you have seen the Father."
