Im a looking for a spell that will help me get hired me based on my skills rather than my looks. I think employers may be judging me, base on physical traits (height, weight, gender, race, etc) rather than the skills I have to offer. Im short and chubby and it seems that I am constantly getting over looked for employment opportunities.

I had one woman hire me, and she was Hispanic,I dont want to go into the details, but I was a great employee. The customers really like me and tipped me very well. But then she let me go because of my religious preferences (which she asked me about, I never brought it up)and I was the only other employee there who was not Hispanic.

I am to the point of severe depression and I do not know what to do. I have tried jobs spells, like mojo bags and good luck bags, but they dont seem to work. I go to the interviews, I give a performance of my skills, and I check back with the employer on a weekly basis. I understand it just may be that Im not best qualified for the position, but I just want them judge me on my performance not what I look like.

I cant change my height, nor my gender, or my race, but is there any magic spell that can get people see beyond my physical appearance and stop judging me like a book by my cover?

It sounds like you are looking into some type of service jobs- waiting tables, etc. The sad truth is that many of those places can and will choose from whom they think will physically look best in the 'front of the house'. You can't change that, and you can't change your basic dimensions, but you can portray yourself with confidence and dress the part, so to speak. In essence, use a glamour spell and put your best aesthetic foot forward. Choose an interview outfit that is flattering to your physique but also maybe a little 'edgy/modern/glam'. Learn what your best daytime makeup look is, make sure it is subtle and not overpowering, ditto any scents you use. Something very light and flowery like jasmine maybe (very light, you can be surprised how strong a scent can be to the innocent bystander). Maybe make an alluring magically charged essential oil blend- then mix a few drops into a small water bottle, shake and spritz. Choose your most complementary colors, keep an eye out for patterns or fabrics that can enhance a simple, professional outfit and make it shine out a little. Learn and use the belly dance posture, so you are both confident and a bit graceful and gliding. The most powerful affect of a glamour spell is the projection of self confidence shining though a seemingly light and effortless/but well groomed glamorous presentation of self. A bit of an oxymoron, yes, but that is what people want to see.

Also, remember that being questioned about your religion by an employer is illegal and if it seems that she fired you for yours- seriously look into that. Call a lawyer and explain what happened and see if they have any suggestions for you. There may be a non-profit legal org in your area you can start with. Or check with the Lady Liberty League about getting help with that.

I did call a lawyer, but they said there was nothing they could do, since she only had 3 other employees. Apparently she would have had to have at least 16 employees before they could take action. I was so angry about one happen I wanted to cast a hex spell, but I decided against it.
What I do for a living is massage. Im in a health profession, and I dont believe a person needs to doll up to help others in need.

Its not right, just because Im a women I have to wear so much make up and other crap just so people will look at my appearance and say she's fit for the job because she look so nice.

I refuse to use a glamour spell! What I want is a spell that will help people see past my outside appearance and see that I have the skills it takes.

Glamour is success and confidence. Putting on appropriate make-up/facial presentation and appropriate dress (as per the position is healthcare and not restaurant, less trend and more conservative, but still flattering and 'put together') is merely the ritual to begin the 'spell'. You're going to have a lot harder time trying to change the reality of others and the fact that job interviewers are affected by appearance, than changing your own projection and presentation of Self. A glamour spell is cast on yourself, not others- it doesn't cause people to see a tall booby blond when you are a short brunette, it just makes your inner strength and confidence palpable to others- especially the kind that interviews 20 people a day who are all putting their best foot forward, both mentally and physically. Glamour does not equal "dolled up", it is a ritual of choosing and grooming your physical presentation carefully and intuitively and involves being detail oriented about your appearance: clothing, hair, walking, posture, gestures, manner of speaking, etc.

But do what thou wilt, of course. It's your life.
