hello agin, i tryed that eastern meditation. it seemed to be working pretty well..anyways...i tryed to do something else. astral projection. i listened to something to help me try this..i tryed it and it seemed to be going well...anyways about halfway threw i all of a suden felt really wired...my mind felt ...difrent... now im...starting to git some head pain... idk what it could be from. might just be a reguler headech. but now it feels really weird. and this pain is also very anoying. whene trying stuff like this is it possible to hert your pysical body and spirit? becuse im afriad i might have done something wrong.....but idk i just got that feeling i did something bad. anyways once agin...what do you all think about this?

Hiya, I dont think you have injured yourself physically, but i do think you may be trying just a little to hard.

Relax and just go with the flow, let your instincts guide you.
Dont do things because we say or the books say you have to, do it becuase it feels right and if ever something doesnt quite feel right to you then dont do it.

Astral projection is difficult for most of us, some that try it never succeed, I think you are a natural, there is something very spiritual about you but you are rushing a head and not taking in the beauty of life as you do so.

Chill out, sit under the Moon, stars and trees and listen, anything you are seeking can be found by looking into your self and by listening to the winds and waves.

Are you relaxed just thinking about what I just said? only when you are fully at ease with yourself should you look deeper and remember... good things come to those who wait.:)

ahh. hehe thx for your reply....i guss i have bin rushing things lately...ill try to be more relaxed and calm and try to take things nice and slow....and my headech hase gone away sine i went too sleep. i guess it cant heart your physical body whene u do meditation and such anyways i don't think i can git that relaxed :/ my whole family runes my peace and relaxation....every day almost i wake up to screaming and yelling......but anyways.... ill try to git more peaceful and relaxed before i try anything like meditation and such. i think thats why i have bin having evil feelings and such. im just not peaceful at heart and mind atm. thanks agin for the post. not many people help me out so im very glad you all bin helping me.

You have to go find a quiet spot just for you, I am a mother so i know how difficult it can be to find a peaceful place, once out the house and in your own special place you will find it easier to go back there whenever you need to shut yourself off from your home and you wont even have to actually go there, your own mind will take you there but you have to find that spot and connect with it first ok.

I am glad that ive been able to help you, you are under a huge amount of stress right now and it can play havock with our minds and thoughts, i am glad you came here for advice, seems to me you sought help just in time, i think you were on the verge of exploding and no one would like that to happen to you.

if its any Conciliation it took me till my eldest son moved out two years ago to find a a peaceful place lol, this house was very noisey and vibrant most of the time.

Dont give up, you have come such a long way already, have you tried headphones with some quiet relaxing 'sounds of nature music' surely you can take a walk in the woods or near a beach?

Just get out there as much as you can and be at one with nature...or come here and chat to us just to chill you out a little.:)
