That is for "Almighty God" to decide, NOT me, NOT you, NOT Confrinting, NOR ANY bible only Protestant, who always seem to
"appoint themselves" as the "final authority" as to 1) who is a Christian and who is not. 2) who is saved and who is not, and 3) who has a "personal relationship" with Jesus Christ and who does not-----THUS (ignorantly, egostically and arrogantly) releaving God of HIS ULTIMATE RESPONSIBLITY.

Thanks for reading my posts!

I don't ever remember priests challenging the rules ever without disappearing.

I worked for over 30 years on a large fire-department. When I joined there were rules and regulations that were still in effect from 1843 when the department was inaugurated. Over the years many of those old antiquated rules were challenged, and changed, to bring the department up to the 21st century. I am sure the same thing happens where you work.

The newly formed priest associations want to bring the church forward. Its not 27 AD anymore, or 1843!

90 years ago and before, most americans believed women shouldn't vote and they weren't allowed to. My my what happened to that? 50 years ago black people in america had to sit at the back of buses in some southern USA cities, and weren't allowed to drink from white drinking fountains. Aren't you happy we stopped those descriminatory, sinful practices?

Time for change.......every day more catholics and clergy are saying so..........what will happen?

VATICAN
Sermon of Pope Benedict XVI
Pope:
Even among the 12 Apostles there was one who did not believe, Judas
In today's Angelus, Benedict XVI talks about Judas, the traitor who stayed in the Church even though he did not believe. He felt betrayed by Jesus because he expected a "winning Messiah." By contrast, Peter "believed in and knew" that Jesus was "the Holy One of God."
- "Jesus knew that among the 12 Apostles one did not believe, Judas," said Benedict XVI. In speaking about Judas, his unbelief, his desire to betray, his devilish nature, the pontiff used a tone not usually associated with homiletics. Compared this to Saint Peter who, in response to Jesus' question "Do you also want to leave?", answered, "Master, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. We have come to believe and are convinced that you are the Holy One of God" (John, 6:67-69)."
In meeting pilgrims before the Angelus prayer in the courtyard of Castel Gandolfo, the pope spoke about today's Gospel, Twenty-first Sunday in Ordinary Time. He brought to a conclusion his discussion of the 'bread of life', referring to time when the disciples refused Jesus' offer of eating his body and blood and "returned to their former way of life and no longer accompanied him" (John, 6:66).

He brought to a conclusion his discussion of the 'bread of life', referring to time when the disciples refused Jesus' offer of eating his body and blood and "returned to their former way of life and no longer accompanied him" (John, 6:66).
"Judas could have left as many disciples did," the pontiff explained. "Indeed, he should have left had he been honest. Instead, he stayed with Jesus, not out faith, nor out of love, but with the secret desire of taking revenge against the Master. Why? Because Judas felt betrayed by Jesus, and decided in turn to betray him. Judas was a Zealot; he wanted a winning Messiah, one who would lead a revolt against the Romans. However, Jesus did not live up these expectations. The problem is that Judas did not leave, and his fault is that of falsehood, which is the mark of the devil. For this reason, Jesus told the Twelve: "Yet is not one of you a devil?" (John, 6:70).

What does the Bible say about the perpetual virginity of Mary? Using the New American Bible, which is a Roman Catholic translation, we can see that the perpetual virginity of Mary is not taught in the Bible. Matthew 1:25 NAB tells us, "He had no relations with her until she bore a son, and he named him Jesus." He, Joseph, did not have sexual relations with her, Mary, UNTIL after she bore a son, Jesus." The meaning of this Scripture is abundantly clear. Joseph and Mary did not have sexual relations until after Jesus was born. Matthew 13:55-56 NAB declares, "Is He not the carpenter's son? Is not his mother named Mary and his brothers James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas? Are not His sisters all with us?" Roman Catholics claim, correctly, that the Greek terms for "brothers" and "sisters" in these verses could also refer to male and female relatives, not necessarily literal brothers and sisters. However, the intended meaning is clear, they thought Jesus to be Joseph's son, the son of Mary, and the brother of James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas, and the brother of the unnamed and unnumbered sisters. Father, mother, brother, sister. It is straining the meaning of the text to interpret “brothers” and “sisters” as "cousins" or "relatives" with the mentioning of Jesus' mother and father.

Matthew 12:46 NAB tells us, "While He was still speaking to the crowds, His mother and His brothers appeared outside, wishing to speak with Him." See also Mark 3:31-34; Luke 8:19-21; John 2:12; and Acts 1:14. All mention Jesus' mother with His brothers. If they were His cousins, or the sons of Joseph from a previous marriage, why were they mentioned with Mary so often? The idea of the perpetual virginity of Mary cannot be drawn from Scripture. It must be forced on Scripture, in contradiction to what the Scriptures clearly state.

Do you “pentes”[short for pentecostals] even have communion?

OSAS. Changed by ML protestant 16th century, so he could commit any sin he wanted and still be saved.
