Maureen Dowd does not make this man smile. But baseball does! Last Sunday, Times columnist Maureen Dowd blithely unleashed one of her smugly scathing criticisms against the Catholic Church for what she and many other critics perceive as their mistreatment of women, particularly nuns.

Catholic bishops have over stepped what Americans will tollerate in their political actions.
They are conducting Vatican ordered witch hunts of nuns who are feminist or lesbian. They spent MILLIONS attacking LGBT marriage equality in CA and ME, they are attempting to curtail Women's reproductive choice, and most FOUL action, the DC Bishop attempted BLACKMAIL to leave the homeless to starve.
When Americans shove back, the Bishops will find those putrid pedofile priest insurance policies made illegal, and their tax exemptions reduced to 10% off what a secular organization would pay taxes on that building.
Dublin's scandal will be shown to every United Nation's representative, and urge them to end diplomatic relations with the Vatican.
