I have a question,
The church That I belong to Has sponsored a family from Iraq, they are Muslims, we are obligated to help them out for a year, My understanding with this project was that we where helping out a family that had a really bad go at thing.
The committee that I sit on, is responsible for setting the family up with heath care, work and food, however with in a few weeks that was not enough they wanted satellite TV internet, telephone and required special meats, all of witch I could get over. But now some of the members are saying we need to help get them go to a musk, witch I do not care if they attend, but I feel That I am no long doing God work, if I help them go to a fake religion, in witch I believe we as Mennonites should have no part in. On the other hand should I just go and help them as they need me, and treat this as That I am the bigger person, or are we just doing wrong with GOD?
Any in put is greatly appreciated
