Not quite suddenly - it's been unfolding intermittently for a while, and has venerable roots in earlier generations - the debate over what is meant by "secular Judaism" has been heating up.

this all vain hogwash, with nothing but worldly exuses. the question is not, whether secular jews only are self deluded. but whether all jews, and the whole rest of this world is self deluded. since according to scripture for this same point in time, in This Story of Creation. even everyone on earth, including adam and your grandmother were all self decived, by the subtle beasts of the fields. with everyone on earth but one, thinking we are not here, in This Exact same Story of Creation again from HaShem G-D. which makes everything you say and do, as if not here in TheTorah all wrong here in Bereesheees again.
with Bereesheet always beguining in Parashas Noach, and ending with ParashasBereesheees. we are still here, in TheSame Story of Creation again from HaShem G-D. withe the whole world, making all the same not here in TheTorah mental mistakes, and expecting different results. your grandfather adam and grandmother chaooah, are actually here again in TheStory from G-D. and not a one of you on earth here in TheStory of Creation were expecting us again. and adam and his mate, are the only two G-D shall again put in charge for the day of reast beguinning in the year 5844. when adam is 130 years old, and his mate is about 126. when they give birth to Shet again. because this whole world has made, no improvement with G-D here in TheTorah Happening just again.

Secular Jews who are not religious are no different than a gentile. What makes a jew a jew is the circumcision of the heart-not the flesh. Fatness of the heart refers to prosperity, pride and corruption and they happen in that order. If a jew is not religious they are more likely to turn to idolatry in the latter days when the Messiah comes.

rabbee: sorry there is no such thing, as a non-religious person/creature. all animals on earth, are creatures of habit religiously. even all plants, have undeniable assigned religious habits. so don't give me this, don't have any religion crap. the only difference is, plants or animals don't get to choose any false religion. and oak tree itself, cannot change it's religion to spruce itself up.
