Dear to whom may concern,

I am doing a Religion assignment and in this assignment it requires me interviewing people from different religions. I was just wondering if there was some one there that could answer a few questions for me:

1. In what ways does religion provide meaning and purpose for you?
2. How does religion influence your daily life?
3. How do you think religion influences Australian society?

Optional:
1. How do you participate in your faith?
2. What do you think religion is?
3. Do you believe that there are common aspects shared by Religions in Australia?
4. Can you finish this statement:
Religion in my life .....

It would be much appreciated,

Many thanks,

Jock

Judaism gives me the purpose to keep my heritage strong. Judaism influences me because my grandfather is a holocaust survivor and tons of my friends r Jews so being pro Israeli and Jewish is an everyday occurrence. Of course. Jews and Christians and Muslims all stem from the same beliefs. Religion in my life doesn't really affect me in a religious aspect, but the country it has created is a huge part of my life.

Hope this helps :)

Well, assuming that one is not doing their religion for [psychological] survival reasons-- i.e. that's what Prozac, people and psychoanalysis are for, and can ameliorate-- I would say that what's left is that some people feel that there is Something else, and that it is disrespectful to not be in relationship to That, and that this feeling that I get from being in relationship to That can't be drugged, loved, or analyzed away by even the Bravest New World.
