The September 2013 Kingdom Ministry reports that the attendance in the United States for the memorial held on March 26, 2013 was 2,504,114.

Approximately 2,000 more people attended in 2013 than in 2012 which breaks down to approximately 40 more for each of the 50 states.

What about the figures for the remnant, how did they change?

I didn't see them.

Who knows, maybe the figures for the remnant have been deleted because they were growing faster than the number of new recruits.

Hey Jehovah's Witnesses, how many man hours did it take to produce 2,000 more observers in 2013 than in 2012 at your annual Reject Jesus party in the United States?

Thank goodness you're in a much more diplomatic and easy-going mood today, so you can make amends if you think you went overboard yesterday. However, think twice before apologizing for what you said, because the only fault may lie with the way you said it. This is important if you were making some points about the way you want certain people to treat you.

I think the GB,(the new/old FDS) will remove the "Partakers" statistic from the Yearbooks from now on.

It is way too damaging for them to have to explain why more and more people are partaking, or why a group that was supposed to be dead are still around eating crackers and drinking the cheap wine.

Or who knows, after the new/old FDS demoted the anointed remnant, fewer people will want to identify themselves as part of the group that are said to have mentally-ill among them!

It's a calculated decision and I am sure the schemers at Brooklyn got a plan!

A slight increase then, if we believe the org's figures that is.

I used to get so frustrated over how to get across to current Jehovah's Witnesses that they are really a part of a religious cult whose worship revolves around the year 1914.

But now I have learned to just relax and like God simply allow the passage of time to sort things out for the members of the Watchtower's organization.

It took a bad experience and the passage of time for me to come to my own conclusions that JWs are false prophets and I am thankful to God for it today. Each one has to come along at his on pace.

However, there may be some who may come here and be able to sort things out sooner for themselves especially if they are already having doubts.

I think when you have that awakening and realization that these men in Brooklyn are frauds, you are very eager to make it known. Cracking the shell of a rank and file member indoctrinated for years is almost impossible. I don't think the realization could ever come from an ex-member. Like you said, they have to come along at their own pace. And for some it'll never happen.

The publisher count used to include unbaptized publishers. Active 12 months of time reported and inactive of at least 6-11 months of time reported the total of peak and average publishers numbers 15.2 million baptized and unbaptized publishers that are preaching with JW literature. That does not include pioneers, those counted and uncounted baptized ones, bible studies that were considered as unbaptized publishers, inactive those that have not been going for years, disfellowshipped ones and some irregular that occasionally go out in the ministry. Not to mention families of Baptized and unbaptized publishers of just mentioned classifications of servitude.

And you are clinically obsessed with speaking with so-called "mentally diseased apostates" evident by you coming here everyday under your own free will to conversate. If it bothers you so much, just hop off.

You being here is probably what keeps many coming back. You provide so much entertainment with your staunch support for so many failed JW teachings. It's like slowing down to watch a car accident over and over again. But once the accident is cleared up, the rubbernecking stops and the cars are gone, then its off to preaching to the choir...right?!

If the numbers of JW's starts to decrease, the GB will stop reporting the figures and say "Jehovah knows how much we are preaching, so we don't need to turn in a report."

Today's Full Moon in your sign is offering you the chance to make sweeping and long-lasting changes to your life, and to clear the ground for some fertile growth in 2014. Gemini likes the fun to go on forever (so long as it doesn't get boring!), but you must now bring an end to any situation or relationship that is holding you back or has passed its sell-by date. Look forward, not back, if you want a glittering future.

I would bet those are 2,000 more new born jw's. the watchtower doesn't state how young a observer could be, so 2k more 1 year olds were there to observe.

According to the Bible the increase would come in. Between 1990-2000 there were 5,000,000 unbaptized and baptized publishers. Between 1995-2005 there is a closer figure of 4,000,000 that actually got baptized. 1980 publisher count was 3,000,000 add 4,000,000 and 5,000,000 you have 12,000,000 that are publishers not counting disfellowshipped ones that were reinstated in the year 2005. The memorial attendance in ten years will increase to maybe around 35 million.
