Aneirin isn't a JW but since I am I will answer.
Officially 'NO'
Unofficially 'It Depends'
Voting was made a matter of conscience(MOC)in 1999.
This provision allows JWs to 'vote' on non-neutrality issues, however if a JW was to vote for POTUS then that JW is violating the WTS neutrality stance and thus automatically disassociates by their actions.
The key thing is whether the neutrality-violating voting becomes known, under what circumstances it becomes known and what occurs after it is known.
Once known if the JW repents and humbles themselves to theocratic direction the JW faces anywhere from counsel to DFing dependent on the JC's decision....if the JW isn't repentant then the Elders assert the automatic DA.
Wtbts denies everything you have just stated. It is against Fed law to inflick any kind of harm to any registered voter! Can you find anything in writing from the wtbts that supports your claim? The elders manual is moot on this issue.

Ps. what is ment by violating neutrality? Many jw's work for companies that supply military equipment for the war machine, will the wtbts buy their family food,or pay their bills if they were to quit their job?

Here is an interesting video that shows a Jehovah's Witness elder lying in a court of law:

And here is an audio of a speech on theocratic warfare by Fred Franz:

http://www.youtube.com/watch...

In denying the truth of the matter over and over again despite evidence presented, Aneirin is simply doing what theocratic warriors do best!

The sad thing about those who delude themselves into justifying lying, by doing so they turn away from GOD as the story of Adam and Eve illustrates. When we lie to ourselves and our neighbors we cut ourselves off from the GOD that the governing body of the organization of Jehovah's Witnesses reject.

Then why do JW"S feel the need to always cut down other religions? Is that not between God and them also?

And why then are JW"s always BRAGGING about how they never celebrate holidays, making it EVERYONES BUISNESS?

Not true (at least as far as WTS judicial code is concerned), such an event could be seen as 'celebrating' or endorsing false religion which is considered apostasy by the WTS. If an inactive member is suspected, investigated and found to have been part of this sort of practice it is grounds for DFing.
Now that all said, Nomi removed the avatar and hopefully she will be more discerning in her love of cat pictures.

So, to you, it's ok that a jw has a halloween avatar for a picture? jws are the first to scream "pagan" if any one other than a jw has anything that remotely looks like it is about some holiday.

But this particular poster, who claims to be a tried and blue jw, has a halloween avatar. And not just a halloween avatar, one that she took down before because it was brought to her attention that it promoted halloween, yet, she put it back up. And you don't see an issue with that?

I say turn about is fair play.

She took it down, again, because it was brought to her attention, again, that it is a halloween image.

I cal hypocrisy when I see it.

Don't forget.....it's all on record here....that EE had a conniption fit....nearly required administering smelling salts and oxygen and making SURE that she made a big deal out of it when I posted a very innocuous smiling carved pumpkin at Halloween, LOL!
