Is it because living the Bible is too hard for them?

It's because they recognize how completely off the wall the JWs are. Betcha.

Why don't you take on a free Bible study with the witnesses, go to all their meetings for about six months or so, and see for yourself.

I thought it was because most people think JWs are nuts.

Been there ,done that, it doesn't work if you know enough scriptures to spot the lies and twisting of scripture, not to mention preaching hate for all others are anti-Christian.

I don't quite understand why there are so many that argue and fight tooth and nail to defend all the ludicrous and ever-changing WT teachings....and yet won't make that all-important move the bible speaks about. It makes a mockery of their "beliefs" when they won't even truly demonstrate a loyalty to their god by committing themselves to water baptism.

Batism is a personal step bewteen the one being baptized and God.

One has to be sure they are ready to give their whole to Jehovah God, it can not be pushed by others.

Or do they join just so they can tear down every other faith with absolute impunity?

Maybe I didn't make myself clear on this....I do recognize the seriousness of baptism and all it entails....but I was referring to those that go on for decades, telling all who are unfortunate enough to be within earshot of them....how they MUST be obedient to WT teachings and requirements or God will destroy them, etc....while they will put down and insult all those that do not worship the WT way....but never take that step of baptism. We all know some that follow this pattern....and I have never completely understood their "reasoning".

An Unbeliever and a Believer have nothing in common.

A BELIEVER in the covenant Jesus mediates between God and men, can not join with those who don't believe the covenant message of Jesus Christ.

We are to gather with Christ..or he tells us.. "we scatter."

Jesus said to her; "Believe me, woman, the hour is cominging when neither in this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you people worship the Father. You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know, because salvation originates with the Jews. Nevertheless, the hour is coming, and it is NOW, when the true worshipers will worship the Father with spirit and truth, for indeed, the Father is looking for suchlike ones to worship him."

The woman represents all who spread the word of Jesus and we are to have the attitude of those who come to Jesus.

"We do not believe any longer on account of you talk; for we have heard for ourselves and we know that this man is for a certainty the saviour of the world."

Taken from 1st John 8:22-35

The passing Moon lights up your eighth house of sex, money and power today, stirring up intense passions. You may find yourself feeling very emotional and possibly even edgy; the best cure for this is to try and direct this energy in a positive way. An intimate encounter with your partner should do the trick, but if that option is not available, a brisk walk will do.

Yep, which is weird for someone like Jose who has African blood running through his veins!

It's also why I believe he is a closet homosexual, in both cases he hates what he is!
