Yes, I agree.....there has been a vast increase in these types of crimes and it is more than frightening. We belonged to three different support groups for handicapped and ADHD/Aspergers children that networked with others all over the country. Before I had my strokes, I was studying and taking classes to become a Parent Advocate for the county. It was challenging but very rewarding.<quoted text> Thank you for this info.
I heard rumblings of this. I didn't pay it too much mind at the time. It wasn't a concern. I was much too young to give it any thought.... But, now that i'm raising my own. It is startling to hear this... I believe that farther we get from imperfection combined with the wicked influences of this world. The more of a likliehood we will see more tragedies like this.
It's good to see you are doing well. Even if we are on opposite sides of the spectrum. I still like to maintain civility whenever possible.
I hope you and yours are doing well.
I feel the same way about maintaining civility. I find I am much happier with myself when doing so, LOL!
We did have a streak of bad things happening to us (mostly running out of fuel oil twice in six weeks and the furnace breaking down twice this winter) The service man charges $90 just to come 4 miles and park in the driveway....parts and labor cost more of course. This has been a very rough (but interesting) winter up here but we have been blessed in a lot of unexpected ways too.
I sincerely hope you and your family are doing nicely too. We are ALL eagerly anticipating the arrival of Spring!
