LOL now just how you would know that? There are quite a few right here who have left the JW's and gone to Jesus.

Well you don't know much.
I know many, and there are many on this forum who left the JW cult and have other actual faiths and religions.
I do think the brainwashing of children from birth that ALL religions are evil and of Satan, affected YOU, and perhaps others.
All that proves is that the brainwashing of children by cults, is evil.

I gotta say, being born into a jdub family, growing up in it and having to deal with all the regimented jdub crap, after I left I never really wanted to get into another religion. They definitely leave a bad taste in the mouth.

I may try one out some day, but even the thought of getting into any organized religion makes my skin crawl STILL, even after a few years of being out from under the jdub thumb.

Religions and cults are complete opposites.
I truly believe that those who are brainwashed from birth that religion is evil by the wBTS, have more trouble finding a faith and spirituality that can be so beneficial.

Nomi, just because you don't know any but one who has done that, does not mean they aren't doing it in every KH. Many MANY have left and are now finding Jesus in their lives in another church. Jesus Loves us ALL, not just JW's.

The Jehovah's witness cult sadly does not even understand Jesus or his teachings.
They follow the evil, greedy demons who run the cult, knows as "the society" or "the governing body"

Nomi I would say that could be true of any high control religon. What Amish out of order and you will see they leave their faith many don't join any group as they hold to some of their old views and many do. I know quite a few that join other religons and some even the military it happens. JWs hold no special power over those that leave what they do hold is alot of high control that many were raised in and like the Amish who shunn many don't join other religons so they wont be shunned and many like me don't want anything to do with religion after being around JWs..In my mind they act just like the world they shun....

I happened to discover it and watched it for the first time about three weeks ago. I found so many things that related to the WTS shunning policy and could really identify with the feelings of emptiness that this cruel policy heaps upon nice people. I enjoy the Hutterites program right after that show. When the lead character kept saying that "what the elders said" and what THEY enforce or kick them out of the colony.....were NOT in the bible but were the ideas of MEN.

They all live together in this colony, they all eat communal meals in a dining hall and they all attend services at the same time, etc. When anyone breaks any man-made law put forth by these elders....they are not allowed to attend church or the dining hall...or any other gathering with the people they have grown up with or are related to. It is really quite painful to watch....but humorous to see the older ladies trying on (forbidden) make up and doing other things in secret.

Yes I watch that too I can relate and I'm not DF'd but I can relate to the leaving part and how they have a hard time finding their way I think many JW do because they are in such a high control situation the majority of their lives. I live just as I did as a jw I just do not attend meetings and I think I'm a better christian now just because I can see how silly some of the behaviors are that happen in the halls.

Jesus doesn't exist in the churches of Christendom who gave up on the real Jesus in favor of the trinity 'Jesus' who they say is a three person God.

*** Prov 26:11 As a dog that returns to his vomit, so is a fool who repeats his folly.

*** 2 Pet 2:22 It has happened to them according to the true proverb, "The dog turns to his own vomit again,"...

I have been to many different congregation thruout my lifetime, most of my 70+ years...I know of only a couple of instances personally of some few who went to another religion, when they gave up being a JW. Most who leave, just go to no church of any religion.

The bible does not make it clear if Jehovah and Jesus are one. We will not know the truth until it is revealed to us. Your GB aka F&DS are the ones who have returned to their vomit due to their lies and secrets that are now being revealed. You would think they would learn from their mistakes.

Yes it does.

Jesus states that Jehovah is his Father.

It takes serious self delusion to believe that Jesus can be both himself and his Father at the same time.

That is the delusion taught to you by the liars of the WTS.
LURKERS and BIBLE STUDIES do you see how JW's just have to retain the lie they were taught? Trinitarians do not believe jESUS and His Father are the same. Jesus is the Son of the Father and not the same person but they are of the same substance.
If JW's accepted the truth and if they were really followers of Jesus they would have to leave the org of lying men.
It is quite clear who they actually follow.

Then you do not believe Jesus is the actual Son of God?
