Why would they do that? In the eyes of the law they ARE clergy. Why would they lie and pretend otherwise?
But because they want to use the clergy privelege they say nothing.
Now if I went to court and the judge said we classify you as being a minister and their for clergy, I would speak up, wouldn't you if its so unpallatable and one does not want to be reconginsed along with Christendom!
all one has to say is in respect your honor the law may classify me as clergy I however do not wish that to be called clergy.
