What is it that you believe about the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil, that caused Adam and Eve to change?

adam and eve changed from wealth to poverty, from stupid to wisdom.
from health to sickness.
from sinless to sin.
from happiness to sorrow.

It wasn't the fruit, it was their disobedience. Who knows, they may have been able to eat the fruit later with Jehovah's permission.

God means what he means,
cannot eat means cannot eat. He will not changed his words.

the fruit is to test adam and eve whether they choose to be obedient and love and fear God.

they are given the choice.

It has the magical poisonous properties of the serpent
which made adam and eve sin within seconds after eating it.

And why we need the blood of Jesus to wash the sin away.

that is why it was called the "Forbidden Fruit"

the bible doesn't say anything like that. It just says what the results of disobedience are.

:“It is written,‘Man must live, not on bread alone, but on every utterance coming forth through Jehovah’s mouth

because God had said it, that made it so.

did God actively punish them, or were they created in God's image? If they were created in God's image, they would have to remain that way in order to continue living. When they sinned, they no longer reflected God's image. They also couldn't pass that trait on to their offspring. It's worth considering.

I agree..it was a time of testing.

God didn't create a tree in the garden for nothing...But there is a time for every affair under heaven

there is knowledge that children are protected from until parents wisely reason its time to share with them more complicated things.

I believe if they passed their test, they would have been in the future permitted to eat from it.

Its interesting that proverbs calls wisdom a "tree of life"..

And when you think about it...men tend to have knowledge, but without wisdom it becomes destructive in their hands.

The sin was their action. They were told not to and they went against Jehovah's words.

it was written that God punished adam and eve, by his sweat of his brow he will eat his food and eve to bear child birth pain.
They are created in God's image. But some people are borned with animal's look, cloned with animals.

I did not see the word punish in that text. try reading it again. Genesis chapter 3. If God is the epitome of righteous, and what love is, he would not have punished them, but he would have left the results of their actions overcome them, because he is also unchanging. They no longer reflected his image, his blessing would no longer be upon them. they would reflect Satan's image. That has it's own set of experiences, and none of God's blessing.
