No one knows where the spirit of man goes up or whether the spirit of the animal goes down into the ground because as one does so does the other. Each have the same spirit once they die.(Ecc. 3:118-22)

Either way, this will help get your sewer fixed. Can't be too pleasant, and must be awfully rough on the sniffer.

In fact, this is so well documented that Topix is going to make this too easy.

If our spirit, which according to the jw, is just God's breath and nothing more and it goes back to Him after death, why will we have to be judged if our bodies returned to the dust from where it came?

Hello snorkler.

This is true. We both die a physical death and after death, we have the same spirit. The thing is, we don't know whether our spirit goes up or goes down nor when.

Because there is going to be a resurrection ...Heb 6:2
Do you agree that our Spirit goes back to God when we die ?

Jws believe that Gods Spirit is his "Active Force"{Energy or Power}

Jws believe that Gods Spirit is his "Active Force"{Energy or Power}
the jw indoctrination states that God's active force is what makes dust to become living souls and once the person dies, the active force returns to God.
How can we have a "Spirit" of our own if it is God's active force.
Even if we did have our own "Spirit" and each "Spirit" went back to God, wouldn't some "Spirits" be stained with the Adamic Sin?
How could God accept those "Spirits" that are stained with the Adamic Sin?

To answer your question, I can not agree that our "Spirit" as a whole would return to God.

Angel ,we believe that God gives us a Spirit {our bodies have a Spirit} and with out this spirit we die ...James 2:26 " "The body without the Spirit is Dead" .
Angel what would you say keeps the Heart muscles Pumping ?

But according to scripture "our Spirit goes back to God " it does not tell us that only a portion or part of it that Goes back to God .
The Flesh[Imperfect Bodies} is what is stained .
