<quoted text>Exactly! That must have been the reason they came up with that spiritual warfare (it's ok to lie) doctrine!
The GB may have fooled their followers that they are able to use their tricky Theocratic Warfare with others....but it stands to reason that the Creator is not in favor of using lies and deceit to teach His principles.

And all wrongdoers will be repaid for the wrong things they do, because God judges everyone by the same standard.....Col 3:25

People that continually cloak themselves in self righteousness and judge others do so because they mistakenly feel that this covers up their own wretched sins.

Romans 1:31....they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless.

God is open, honest and trustworthy. God IS love.

The Watchtower is not.

Look at your "side" who claims to be "following Jesus and are saved" before you continue with your Dime store attempt at being a psychiatrist. Your side are the worst in harassing, saying hurtful things, messing with peoples lives.
Now, the emails are going out and the "pit bulls" will be here shortly because I dare to tell Annie that she is not a psychiatrist and her friends are the worst of the worst.
I have only skimmed their posts, but I did note the recurring theme that I am mentally ill. It made me laugh. What could be crazier than a bunch of women on the Internet on a forum about Jehovah's Witnesses, circled around one of Jehovah's Witnesses, and all giving their crazy opinions about how crazy the Witness is.

None of them are Jehovah's Witnesses. None of them have any mentally healthy reason to be here diagnosing anyone else, and the evidence of their mental state is there for the whole world to see.

There is nothing crazy about finding the Topix Forum about your own religion and making comments defending your religiion. Finding the Topix Forum about someone else's religion and harassing the adherents of that religion smacks of bad stuff of all kinds.

Some posters keep asking why former JWs would come to this forum if they were happy with their lives now....and I have to say that every day that I do come here and read things like this (such as showing up drunk in church and teaching Sunday school to little ones whose parents trusted to have their children be treated with love and dignity....AND with NO APOLOGY for this behavior)...

it makes me happy all over again to NOT be held to be expected to be loyal to the phony people and the phony beliefs that I was once so cleverly duped into believing were "from God".

The more time I am OUT of this evil cult...the more I can look back and gratefully see what improvements have since been made in my life, in my thinking and in my attitude towards others who do not worship as I have chosen to.

I feel pity for those still stuck in the 'tower of doom....and who trust in the GB for guidance. We have only to LOOK at the posts coming from these purportedly "chosen" ones and see these are not living according to even the most basic of godly principles and are quite a poor advertisement for their organization.

Where IS the love, JWs?

Absolutely spot on! I'm sure it makes the phonies seethe with anger that you're here exposing this cult for what it is!

It's funny that Annie will cry and cry when someone dares to mention her "real illnesses" but she has no problem lying about others and making diagnoses up and showing what a hypocrite she is. Mentally diseased fits her and her group.

That's funny! I don't remember SS saying she went to church drunk and used the excuse that everyone does it! Does that sound mentally stable to you?

I would have been ashamed to admit I had gone to church, any church, drunk. It is being disrespectful to God.
I am gone for the day.
Have a wonderful rest of your day and may the good Lord smile down on all of us.
Please continue to pray for all those who are lost, and please continue to pray for my family.
Again...I feel that it is not the sin or the indiscretion that is at the heart of the matter....but it is the attitude about it AFTER the fact....and feeling quite badly that it was ever done in the first place!

Many years before I ever heard of JWs, I had said and done some things to others that I am mortified about now. I think of these with embarrassment and although I chalk these up to immaturity, I am so sorry that I left that impression as to who and what I was back then.

There is an old Native American (Dakota) proverb that says "We are known forever by the tracks we leave". We really should pay attention to the wisdom of this and how our actions can have such a negative impact on others.

1 Peter 5:6 ESV...Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you.

The Native Spirituality is full of life. When we seek it we become alive. Even if we have lost our focus, gone astray or have conducted ourselves in a way that does not glorify the Living God,we can look within and have a new awakening to life.

If we profess to HAVE a religion then aren't we also expected to live up to it's teachings? "We must remember that the heart of our religion is alive and that each person has the ability within to awaken and walk in a sacred manner." ----(Thomas Yellowtail, Crow Nation)

The WTS teaches their followers that ONLY THEY are eligible for life on a cleansed earth.

Wouldn't it be sensible for them to be keeping this thought in mind?"..."having a form of godly devotion but proving false to its power; and from these turn away"...2 Tim 3:5. With all the abrasive comments and hateful posts of these GB followers....are they demonstrating that THEIR faith and THEIR devotion is strong, active and alive and well?

Not ONE word.

Nobody said she did. I've seen plenty of drunks in churches, they are there when there is a free meal like "sunrise service", spagetti dinners, etc...

We all have done things in the past and that's why we repent and don't do it anymore. EE's "church days" have been over for decades she is mentally sound and stable. You guys show signs of mental instability, you need to go sit on Nedoba's couch and get her Dime store counseling.

Funny? I don't think God would think it is funny what they do. I know you were using that word in the sense of incongruous or unfitting, not humorous. Their illness is definitely to be avoided.

Not the same thing JWF! EE wasn't destitute living on the street going to a church looking for a meal! She said they used to go to the bar get drunk then go to mass there was no other reason for her to be there but to worship or teach Sunday school like she said! Nobody that would brag about such despicable behavior like it was a badge of honor is stable or sound!

Yes, as a Baptist, one can do almost anything and still remain a member in good standing. That was the point I was making. Look at the ones on here who are church members (or so they say) but lie, defame, curse, make dirty jokes, stalk us, attack us for obeying Christ's command to preach, attack us for following Christ's instructions about remembering his death, attack, attack, attack day and night. Even if their churches knew what they do (and we can be sure they hide it from their church), nothing would be done about it.

Some of them, like Cruella and Falsetta and Nastina and Twistzilla, don't join any church and consider themselves to be not accountable to anyone for their behavior. Surprise, surprise!
