The world wide Summer Conventions of Jehovah's witnesses estimate about 20 million people have attended their regional conventions so far.

That is just a few compared to the billions of people living on this planet.

Jesus said only a few would find the one road leading to everlasting life,
and only Jehovah's witnesses can direct you to it, it is Jesus who lets you travel on it, then it is up to you if you remain on it.
Matthew 7:14
John 3:36

The problem here is that Jehovah's Witnesses do not follow the Bible -- they follow Watchtower tradition. Therefore they cannot be on "the narrow road".

Proof:

Luke 21:8 clearly says NOT TO FOLLOW anyone who claims to come in Jesus' name as his empowered representatives -- as the Governing Body does -- and who proclaim "the time for the end is at hand" -- which Watchtower leaders have done from the beginning. Thus JW leaders have disowned both Jesus and the Bible.

Anyone with a brain can study the Bible and know Jehovah God has always used ordinary men to direct his people, same today, the global Christian Congregation is united in teachings of Jesus from the Scriptures. The Governing body keeps the Truth of God's word as the center of any teaching that requires obedience, as Jesus taught.
John 3:17

The problem with our critics, is they view the Truth of Scriptures as unnecessary, but the people who Jesus is gathering today to live in his new world of righteousness, are given Holy Spirit to help them understand the Bible, the prophetic symbolic language of the Bible.

Didn't Peter do this? So that means no one should have listened to Peter?

Readers will note that you made no attempt to justify why you JWs ignore Jesus' command.

It is you JWs who view "the truth" of the Bible as unnecessary. Why? Because you have the Watchtower Society instead.

As GB member Albert Schroeder told me 20 years ago after I challenged him about Luke 21:8:

"That scripture CAN'T apply to us, because WE'RE JEHOVAH'S PEOPLE!"

Anyone who claims to follow the Bible but explicitly rejects it like Schroeder and the rest of the Governing Body do is described by one word: Hypocrite.

Let's see if you can manage a bit of biblical commentary: Quote Luke 21:8 side by side with whatever ones you like about Peter, and tell us why they don't contradict one another. Then let's talk some more.

The Holy Spirit directs people to the road leading to everlasting life... John 16:7-14.

Jesus saves people who come to Him and will never allow them to be snatched out of His hands... John 10:27-30.

False prophets say that they have to be involved in a person's salvation.

Beware.

I think we can safely say Peter was appointed by Jesus, as it is shown in various places in the bible. The governing body have no such appointment.

They feel they are appointed because all their cock ups over the years, shows how humble they are to move on from those failings. lol

Like I said, our critics do not have Jehovah's Holy Spirit and don't want it, they like what they believe more than what Jesus wants preached today, that is their problem, not the G.B.

Still unable to justify ignoring Jesus' command.

This is pretty typical of JWs: when faced with specific criticisms, they either ignore them entirely, or respond with meaningless generalities. A symptom of the sound-bite mentality embodied in Watchtower literature.

But their are denominations smaller than jw who would claim

We are the few. 3million is less than 7

So your logic means they are the chosen

Here we go again, JW arrogance rearing it's head again.

Perhaps this scripture maybe of value to you.

2 Peter 3
8But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. 9The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. NIV

The words I was thinking of here from this discerning Apostle, was that the Lord is patient and does not what anyone to perish and wnats everyone to come to repentance.

This in a time period back then when certain ones believed that the "End was near".

Meanwhile nearly 2000 years and many, many generations later, we are stilling waiting.

Even though they were influenced by the Spirit of God, the apostles did not get everything right, that is for sure.

the men you refer to were apostles, disciples, prophets, inspired by Gods holy spirit, the GB do not claim to be inspired, what they write is their interpretation of the bible and expect every JW to agree with them or else, they have no credentials as the ordinary men you refer to.

The GB tell lies about their history, the GB have misquoted scholars, the GB have made some very destructive medical rules that have cost the lives of JW including children.

When the Great Tribulation starts, you will know your execution is from the Angelic Armies of Heaven, with Jesus leading them to destroy every ungodly person and thing on this earth, why do you want to be swept away with this ungodly world..... Oh, I forgot, you want to.

You first have to read and understand the Bible to understand the prophetic book of Revelation, then you need a witness teacher, Almighty God Jehovah's Holy Spirit is only the helper, your brain has to put it together, based on your heart's desire to obey God's direction as Jesus did and taught.
Revelation 13:9-18

You are confusing prophecies that were fulfilled, but are yet to have the major fulfillment in the book of a revelation, as the end of this world system, that Jewish world system was destroyed in 70 by Rome. All the prophecies of Revelation and visions have been fulfilled except the united World Governments destroying all religion on this earth, and the start of the Great Tribulation or the Great And fear inspiring day of Jehovah God.
Matthew 24:36-39

You will not be taught the Truth in the Churches of Christendom, they are all prophesied as

I'm sorry everyone,I have been a very rude person and I am coming clean and admitting that I have been wrong and citing scriptures according to what the Watchtower believes because I have been a JWS all my life and I am of old age and going to die soon.I have nothing else to live for and have dedicated my whole life to this religion so if I turn back now I would have no where to go.

I know deep down inside that the JWS is just a false religion like the rest.

Please forgive me.

If you truly believe that the GB aka F&DS are who they say they are, what are you doing here among those who are DFed, DAed, and what you call apostates? You are going against the words of your leaders by even being here. Is that really what you would call being obedient, submissive, and supporting them?
You do realize that they claim to have part in your relationship with Jehovah, and your salvation right? Please show us proof of those things. You have been ask repeatedly to do this, but have yet to show us proof. You do realize that our blood is on your head if you have that proof and do not show it?
What is being taught in churches today is that Jesus came, preached, and died for us. Not just a few chosen men, but WHOSOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM. And yes, that is truly believes.
You are being lied to, mislead, and brainwashed by men who the bible tells you to stay away from. Open your eyes, it is your religion that preaches salvation through men, the bible says, it is ONLY through Jesus Christ. You must not believe the bible if you believe these men.

Did you not see my previous post?I still consider myself a christian but I have been putting on an act only because I have lived most of my life as a JW and its hard to turn back and admit the truth that I have been living a lie for so many years.I know the JW is a false religion there is no need to keep on rehashing this in my face.
