It has got several meanings: Murder, Violence, Evil, Corruption, etc. So, it is clear that when Allah does not love those who do fasad on earth, how will he legislate violence as a part of His religion.

The Holy Quran uses such powerful language to denounce innocent killing, that it leaves no room for any further argument. Allah says:“…if any one kills a person - unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land - it would be as if he killed the whole humanity: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole humanity…”.[Sura Mai’dah 5:31]

Even in retaliation a Muslim is not allowed to murder innocent children, women and elderly people. In a Hadith, the Prophet said:“Go out in the name of Allah and by the help of Allah, following the way of the Messenger of Allah. Do not kill any old man, infant, child or woman… spread goodness and do good, for Allah loves those who do good.”(Abu Dawood). So, even in the thick of a battle Islam maintains a high standard of non-violence.

Islam gives an open choice to the entire mankind either to accept it or to reject it as their way of life and their religion. Allah says:“Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error: whoever rejects evil and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold, that never breaks. And Allah hears and knows all things.”

Furthermore, there are numerous traditions of Prophet which teach Muslims to be tolerant and always put their trust in Allah, even if they are wronged.
"If anyone harms (others), Allah will harm him, and if anyone shows hostility to others, Allah will show hostility to him." (Abu Dawood)

This 5:32 from the Koran that you quoted above is a verse plagiarized stright from the Jewish Mishnah. You then move to quote all those unverifiable traditions collected 3 centuries after the fact. The Koran also tells muslims to slay the pagans wherever they find them (9:05), be harsh with them (4:89), strike terror into hearts of unbelievers (8:12), fight people of the book until they pay jaziya (9:29)etc. I dont know how you arrive at the conclusion that Islam is against violence. Islam was spread through violence. The conquest of Spain, Persia, and Indian sub-continent are examples of Islamic hagemony.
