All we want to know is if being a non-Muslim is a transgression such that non-Muslims are never innocent. Or surprise us and say that a person can be a non-Muslim without having committed a transgression, so the non-Muslim is innocent.

Allah refuses to help
and admonished muslims to kill those who allah wont help
28:50.
But if they answer you not (i.e. do not believe in your doctrine of Islâmic Monotheism, nor follow you), then know that they only follow their own lusts. And who is more astray than one who follows his own lusts, without guidance from Allâh? Verily! Allâh guides not the people who are Zâlimûn (wrong-doers, disobedient to Allâh, and polytheists).

tells muslims to kill the disbelievers,
Then the muslims turn around and say they are being picked on by the people who Islam says must be killed object.

And no muslim can deny this other than call me an islamophobe.
