Negotiations

Ibn Abi Al-Huqaiq was despatched to the Messenger of Allah [pbuh] to negotiate the surrender treaty. The Prophet [pbuh] agreed to spare their lives on condition they evacuate Khaibar and the adjacent land, leaving whatever gold and silver they had in their possession. However, he stipulated that he would disavow any commitment if they concealed anything. Shortly afterwards, the forts were handed over to the Muslims and all Khaibar was reduced and brought under the sway of Islam.

This treaty notwithstanding, Abi Al-Huqaiq’s two sons concealed a leather bag full of jewels, and money belonging to Huyai bin Al-Akhtab, who carried it with him when Banu Nadir had been banished. Kinanah bin Ar-Rabi‘, who had hidden the musk somewhere, was obdurate in his denial and so he was killed when the musk was discovered and his dishonesty was proven. Abi Al-Huqaiq’s two sons were killed in recompense for breaching the covenant, and Safiyah, Huyai’s daughter was taken as a captive.

Distribution of Spoils
In accordance with the agreement already concluded, the Jews would be obliged to evacuate Khaibar, but they were anxious to keep on cultivating the rich soil and fine orchard for which Khaibar was famous. They, therefore, approached the Prophet [pbuh] with the request that they be allowed to cultivate their lands and they would give half of the produce to the Muslims. Muhammad [pbuh] was kind enough to accede to their request.

The Messenger [pbuh] divided the land of Khaibar into two: one half to provide the food to be stored in case of any accidental calamity that might befall the Muslims, and for entertaining the foreign delegates who started to frequent Madinah a lot; the other half would go to the Muslims who had witnessed Al-Hudaibiyah event whether present or absent. The total number of shares came to 36, of which 18 were given to the people above-mentioned. The army consisted of 1400 men of whom were 200 horsemen. The horseman was allotted 3 shares and the footman one.[Za'd Al-Ma'ad 2/137, 138]

The spoils taken at Khaibar were so great that Ibn ‘Umar said: "We never ate our fill until we had conquered Khaibar." ‘Aishah [R] is narrated to have said: "Now we can eat our fill of dates." [Sahih Al-Bukhari 2/609]

On their return to Madinah, the Emigrants were able to return to the Helpers of Madinah all the gifts they had received. All of this affluence came after the conquest of Khaibar and the great economic benefits that the Muslims began to reap.[Za'd Al-Ma'ad 2/148; Sahih Muslim 2/96]
The conquest of Khaibar coincided with the arrival of the Prophet’s cousin Ja‘far bin Abi Talib and his companions along with Abi Musa Al-Ash‘ari and some Muslims from Abyssinia (Ethiopia).

Why WTC Towers fell on 9/11? Part-5

Steel components were stamped with identification numbers that would have aided their reassembly for study, but that reassembly never took place. Brookman asks,“Why was the steel ... not thoroughly examined by fire-safety and structural experts before being shipped to Asia for recycling?”

Pegelow charges that “FEMA hampered and distorted the investigation,” citing Dr. Abolhassan Astaneh- Asl’s complaints in 2002 to the House Committee on Science that FEMA held back essential engineering drawings and videotapes and photographs.

Such flawed methodology was accompanied by inadequate theories that “cannot explain the loss of the cores,” Scott points out. He says FEMA’s notion that floor connections all failed simultaneously at the outer wall and at the core is “not too plausible.” Bill Genitsaris, structural engineer and builder based in Melbourne, believes that a pancake-style collapse should have left supporting columns standing. Such a collapse would have left at least dozens of shattered floors in the building footprint below. Only very small floor sections were found, and not many of them.

Deceptive presentation further damaged FEMA’s credibility. Tom Lackey, who designs bridges for the Vermont Agency of Transportation, cites the Minneapolis Bridge collapse study as the “kind of analysis and straightforward explanation” the WTC needs. FEMA’s reports stack up poorly. Some of its graphics “omit the cores altogether,” says Scott, and some depict columns half as wide and twice as far apart as they actually were. Scott decries “attempts to distort important technical information.” The Australians use more colorful terminology: Mason says we have been “taken for suckers;” Genitsaris says we’ve been “stooged.”(Contd.)

so in other words muslims gloated over the bountiful spoils they had taken from the jews and made them work whilst taking 50% of all their toil. Not even the romans took from their conquered lands such a high taxation. And that was only the beginning of the muslim conquest of arabia. Other less 'fortunate' jews had their males killed and all their women and children takens as slaves.

The devices used in the Boston Marathon attack Monday are typical of the "lone wolf.

The threat of the "lone wolf" alarms the intelligence community. "This is what you worry about the most," a source with knowledge of the investigation said "No trail, no intelligence."

Officials have told reporters that among the materials used in the attack on the marathon were some sort of timing device, a basic mixture of explosives and some sort of metal container containing nails and other projectiles. The FBI said late Tuesday that what appeared to be fragments of ball bearings, or BBs, and nails had been recovered and had possibly been contained in a pressure cooker.

One federal law enforcement source told CNN's Deborah Feyerick the devices contained "low-velocity improvised explosive mixture -- perhaps flash-powder or sugar chlorate mixture likely packed with nails or shrapnel."

Such improvised devices use readily available materials that cannot be easily traced. Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, in its English-language online magazine Inspire, noted such "ingredients are readily available" and they are "easily disposed of if the enemy searches your home."

THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT AL QAIDA OR ANY OF ITS SUPPORTERS WAS INVOLVED IN THE BOSTON ATTACK.

"How to Make a Bomb in Your Mom's Kitchen," published in a 2010 edition of Inspire, has been downloaded by Islamist militants plotting terrorist attacks in both the United States and the U.K., according to counterterrorism officials.

Eight pages were devoted to building a basic but lethal device. The ingredients included sugar and a black powder made from match heads. Combining step-by-step instructions and diagrams, the magazine described wiring a "timed circuit as it is simple" and using small nails as shrapnel. It said gunpowder or powder from fireworks can be used as a substitute for match heads.
It continues: "It only works if contained in a high-pressure environment. So you may use iron pipes, pressure cookers, fire extinguishers or empty propane canisters ... The pressure cooker is the most effective method."

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has issued several unclassified bulletins about the use of pressure cookers as part of an explosive device. In July 2010, the DHS said that while pressure cookers are common in countries such as Afghanistan, "the presence of a pressure cooker in an unusual location such as a building lobby or busy street corner should be treated as suspicious."

Such a formula is certainly not unique to Al Qaida alone as variations appear all over the Internet. A senior U.S. counterterrorism investigator told CNN that pressure cooker bombs have also been a signature of extreme right-wing individuals in the United States who he said tend to revel in building homemade bombs.

For example, the devices planted by Erich Rudolph at an Atlanta park during the 1996 Olympic Games were pipe bombs filled with gunpowder and nails to increase their lethality; it also had an alarm clock as a timing mechanism. Like the bombings in Boston, those devices were concealed in a backpack, according to a Department of Homeland Security report detailing the 1996 attack.

The indictment against another alleged "lone wolf" militant, Jose Pimentel, described a video "showing the defendant following precisely the instructions from the Inspire Magazine article by (i) scraping the heads from the matches and collecting the incendiary powder in a bowl; and (ii) connecting a Christmas tree light to the battery using wiring to create an ignition device."
Pimentel was arrested by New York police in November 2011 and pleaded not guilty to state terrorism charges.

You are talking about only 4 blasts in which RSS suspects are under trial. I go one more step and say that "In all cases where Media starts saying that some Muslim organizations have done it is done by RSS activists".
If RSS activists had done these blasts to take revenge on Muslims, it was fair arguments. But what they did was to do the blasts and implicate poor Muslims into it.
This is the most cowardly act and that shows the "real mentality" of these activists.
And who says that "long suffering Hindus" do not take revenge on Muslims? All these riots why they take place and how our RSS activists "justify" these riots? That Hindus are getting frustrated and vent their feeling by killing Muslims.
This "Hindu sensitivity" is a very strange thing and only Hindus have it and no one else?
Why should Muslims not get "frustrated" by seeing this Bias in their education and job opportunities etc?
Is it not stange that Karkare and his assistant (who were actively involved in investigating cases against RSS) should be in the path of Ajmal Kassab? It was not their job to deal with such situations.
Every right thinking person would conclude that it was a "plan" to get rid of them. And "finding" the opportunity they were removed from the way.
Some one who "thinks" of wearing false beards and caps to implicate Muslims for Bomb Blasts, this would be a "fun idea".
Without beating around the bush why don't you answer as to who carried out the Mumbai blasts? The details about the investigations into the Mumbai blasts are in the public domain and nobody can fudge the facts since Supreme Court itself has convicted the culprits.

The Mumbai blasts were the biggest blasts carried out in independent India. MUQ if you can tell who were the culprits behind it then you might as well be giving us a clue about 99 percent of terrorists in India.

Now don't try to provide justifications for the perpetrators of the Mumbai blasts saying that they had some grievances or some other sh**t. Are you willing to call a spade a spade???

Western stretch has boutiques who sell their wares at the same prices as in Europe so for me it is not a shock nor I am intimidated to enter any shop as I do live in a city that is known for its expensive lifestyle. If you are pointing fingers towards Dawood then you I would say that it is not correct as there has been no trial where he was present and any judgement in his absence is not binding.

Remember one thing very very clearly - In common law legal systems, conviction of a person in absentia, that is, in a trial in which he is not present to answer the charges, is held to be a violation of natural justice. Specifically, it violates the second principle of natural justice, audi alteram partem (hear the alternative party too).

Ans.

The reason for Mumbai riots started the moment Babri Mosque came down in pieces. Muslims presumed that Islam was in imminent danger since proponents of the Hindu nation had been allowed to destroy, under the very nose of the armed forces, the Babri Masjid, despite assurances and undertakings by the Uttar Pradesh state Government and the Government of India that no harm would be permitted to be caused to the Babri Masjid during kar seva at Ayodhya on 6 December 1992.
