Well, now that he has been found guilty they can start appealing the legality of the raid...guilty or not I don't think the raid was anything close to legal. VERY Wrong!

I am baffled by the reasoning of the court that there was no compelling evidence that the children were in any immediate harm. If a "regular" child from the suburbs had displayed the kind of evidence of abuse that many of the YFZ children had displayed, they'd be yanked out of their homes into foster care before they took their next breath! So hypocritical.
