"Bishop Mark Lawrence was notified Monday that the national church's Disciplinary Board for Bishops certified that he has abandoned the church."

Hatred and fear have no place with faith, hope, love forgiveness and compassion....

This has been a while brewing. Big stink will be raised.

I'll bet dollars to Donuts that this will bring Think Again back on stream for a few tours through the threads!

I know, I know. Who cares about numbers? So what if most of the 30,000 members in South Carolina will be off the roles. I for one rejoice that none of their time, talent and treasures will any longer be wasted upon The Episcopal Organization.

Its okay, George. They are disciples of Christ. They don't have everything exactly right. But, neither does anyone else.

Let the chips fall where they may. If The Episcopal Church believes it has cause to pursue financial and real estate issues, they have their right to do so and the courts will have their say.

But, as for waste, that's a matter of judgment and perspective. Furthermore, the Holy Spirit has ways of doing things from both sides of the issue that eventually result in progress.

So, I quote my old man who often said, "Let it go where Jesus flang it."

Save your cutesy gay banter for those that share your perversion/persuasion.

You don't think of yourself as cute, Georgiekins?

Well,.... maybe I don't either.

But, surely your Episcopal Priest wife still does, doesn't she?
