Jehovah's Witnesses hold conference at Civic Center

That piece of scripture, cited from the New International Version of the Bible, is the foundation of this year's "Keep on the Watch" Jehovah's Witnesses district convention scheduled to begin today at the Roanoke Civic Center.

I have looked into the theology & history of the Watchtower & am thoroughly convinced without a doubt it's a counterfeit Christian cult.

1. Bases many beliefs on numerology
2. corrupt translation of the bible (NWT)
3. Founders were into demonic occult teachings
4. Doctrines have changed over time
5.1914 Jesus *invisible* return
6. only 144,000 go to heaven
7. two classes of saved Christians
8.*whole* blood and autologous transfusions a sin,but okay to use fractions donated by Red Cross blood donors
9. genocide of 6 billion plus men women children at Watchtower Armageddon

Watchtower *propaganda* publishing empire has printed up billions of pieces of literature carried by hand by their followers to our very doorsteps.
Well then, what is the vital message by their own admission.

ANSWER:That Jesus was enthroned in 1914 and the Watchtower people were the only ones 'with the wisdom to discern it',consequently Jesus rewarded them by making them the exclusive inheritors of his kingly assets.
Thus making Jehovah's Witnesses the one true religion by default.Nobody but Jehovah's Witnesses believe that Jesus had any form of advent in 1914,it is plain that the date came from William Miller the Watchtower totally plagiarized it right up to the same month that Miller himself proclamed the month of October,they just changed the year ahead 60 years.

NOW are any of you JW defenders going to refute this what you have printed up verbatim in those billions of pieces of Watchtower literature?OR,you gonna dance around and circle your wagons .

If we consider that the pattern for a christian is the New Testament,and if we study the New Testament in an unbias way,and if we study JW doctrine in an unbias way, then it is obvious that the doctrine of the New Testament and the doctrine of the JWs, is clearly contradictory in important areas.

It's people like you that make sincere people talk to the witnesses, just to find out what is the truth. Don't you know you can't fight against God and the Bible, you will never win that argument, the truth will always prevail. This Jehovah Witness garbage meakes me sick. My brother and his family are witnesses, and I love my brother and his family so very much. But can you believe that because I dont agree with his beliefs he will have nothing to do with me and that hurts me so much. I dont judge his beliefs and neither do I say that to him I respect his religion and he shuns me. So in my opinion Jehovahs Witnesses can kiss my ass I want my brother back into my life but his relgion wont allow it sad just sad

Jesus said that we shall know the validity of such things by their fruits. Good trees bear good fruit. The rest are cut down and thrown into the fire.

Where are the good works, the charitiable help for the poor and the sick ? Lotsa people assigned to signing up more members, but I don't see the good works that true faith is supposed to engender. We have Catholic Chairties that has been around forever and does good work around the world. Is there a Jehovah's Witnesses charities somewhere we don'y know about ? If the Word of God is alive and grows across the world, where is the fruits of all that with the Jehovah's Witnesses. Jesus expects us to pray, and receive the Eucharist " Do This in remembrance of me" also I am the Bread of life. My flesh is true food and My blood true drink." I see no good fruit here, mostly just recruiting done with comic books.

So which among you are devoute practicing Jehovah's Witnesses ? As a Catholic, I never could get what you people believe, I was just wondering if any of you can explain it all. I've seen a few of the watchtower comics, but they never explain anything.
