WHY religion?
What has religion done to make your life and others around you better?
Yes I believe in the principles and philosophy.
BUT should not all people of reason and responsibility treat others with understanding and kindness?
I have never seen any religion that tolerates others that don’t believe the why they do.
I cannot stand the hypocritical attitudes of some (not all) people of faith.
No God or deity that proclaims to be all good and loving could watch what is going on in this world and set back and just laugh.
I don’t need the BS that all men were given freewill by god. This is an excuse to cover the lack of a God. The excuse that the Devil controls evil is a poor one if God reins over this fiend.
The only evil is in the hearts of mankind in the arrogant form of religion.

The main reason for religions is to exploit the naive ones of this world, while keeping them on the leash with a bait reward in the afterlife.

One can believe without having to be religious. There is not much of a difference between religion and politics.

in deed this talk fis not to mash up churches with a religious body attached to it but look should I allow myself to b happy in the Lord or go to a place with additional laws like the land we live in or be free happy in Jesus who love all even non belivers . I know about hurt in churches even seeing the people suffering while people are subject to a slave type mood.Listen my dear belivers or not God will always love u.I feel the hurt and even on your dying bed I say God loves u and the time will come were u will accept him some things are thought to hook others so remember money is a need to get by on earth and will never give entry to heaven. But this Sweet Jesus u will see and I say go when he calls he loves u.He ask for love and mercy not sacrifice psalm 51

Trinidad, there is no way to be free and happy without obeying the laws. Whether you like it or not, we all are under the Law. Above the Law only God is; outside the Law only the criminals are; under the Law, are all law-abide citizens.

Nine months ago, on this site, an articulate person posted an essay, Life after Death, and wrote the question, Are you ready? I suspect the individual to be a youngster. If not, then, an astute Nazarene adult who believes the threats of the Institution of the Nazarene, false threats. Jesus came to tell you that both heaven and hell are experienced in this life.“Eternal life” is a mental, perceptual faculty, not a concrete, physical experience after death. People die, and no one that has died can tell us anything about what the experience is, because they are dead. The Church of the Nazarene uses the fear of death, and heightens it, to make its members cow to its theocratic totalitarianism. The fact that we perceive, or seem to perceive the direct evidence of the presences of deceased loved ones is natural, but not scientific verification. One of the sins of the Institution of the Nazarene is plunder. It manipulates the fears and hopes of people in order to make them give the Institution their money, labor and their uncritical support.

I can tell you one thing, you definitely prove that non-religion has done nothing for you or humanity.
