I am a Christian, I don't understand how anyone except my God, the one and only living God, who sent his only son, Jesus to die for our sins, can judge to condemn organizations. I have been told, equally yoked, cult, secret society, emmitating Christ's rising, and many more, untrue and lack of knowledge reasons. When the lodge displays our Holy Bible, and teaches it is a rule and guide of faith and actions for our life,(fact), I feel quite peace in this. I know other countries all over the world have Masonic lodge, as well as other membership organizations not teaching the same message. However as long as the lodges in the United States of America teach something our school and goverment are trying to abolish, why condemn them. The lodge may be a man's first or only connection initially with our God. Hopefully, they will seek further knowledge, we pray. If the lodge I attend were to take the Holy Bible away, and put the Karan,(sp), or any other book to worship, I as well as many other masons would never darken the door again. I attempt my level best to give service to my God, the one and only living God. I am active in the church I attend, I love my Lord and Saviour! I will tell it anywhere, anytime. I attend for the last 3yrs. a Nazarene Church, and relish getting fed from God's word there. I love our church family, as does my wife.
My concern is not that I can't join the Nazarene Church. My concern is, I feel as humans, even Christians, we cannot judge. Only God can judge, James 4:11&12, "there is one lawgiver, and one judge." I would appreciate serious, Christian opinions on this matter.
