Do you even know what your Bible says about judging others?
"The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment." (Psa 37:30)
"With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth." (Psa 119:13)
"Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy." (Prov 31:9)
Jesus commended Simon, "Thou hast rightly judged." (Luke 7:43)
"Now, thou son of man, wilt thou judge, wilt thou judge the bloody city? Yea, thou shalt show her all her abominations." (Ezek 22:2)
"But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man." (1 Cor 2:15)
"Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? And if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?" (1 Cor 6:2)
"Know ye not that we shall judge angels? How much more things that pertain to this life?" (1 Cor 6:3)
Over a year ago Doc and I played this judgement dual. He kept pulling up verse after verse, over 30 total, stating that a Christian could judge others. I never declared a Christian could not judge. I said exactly what the Bible says....a Christian is forbidden from judging non-Christians. As I expected,*all* the verses he quoted were about Christians judging other Christians, save one (1 Cor 6:2). The one about Christians judging non-Christians clearly states in the FUTURE we **shall** judge the world. Not now.

If there is a scripture that says a Christian may judge non-Christians, then that would be a biblical contradiction to 1 Corinthians 5:12-13. Paul was a disciple and he acknowledged that he was forbidden from judging those outside the church. If a disciple was forbidden, then that extrapolates to the rest of us are also forbidden from judging non-Christians.

1 Corinthians 5:12-13

12 What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? 13 God will judge those outside.“Expel the wicked person from among you.”

It can be *very difficult* to not judge non-Christians; however, God did not say to obey only the commandments that are easy for us. Christ said if you love me, then you will obey my commandments. No wiggle room there. Many simply do not want to put forth the effort that is required to do as God commands, yet they choose to profess Christ. That is between them and Him, and they are in good hands IMO.

Hope your weekend is going great!

If "you" hate Seriously that much, then it only confirms my belief that she is one of the rare few real Christians here. As you only like the sick minded demented "Christian" wannabe losers. You know, those like >>>YOU<<, And HATE those who actually follow the Christian beliefs of being more "Christ like".
For me, topix is much easier to enjoy when I exercise my self-control and do not read the posts of those who I know are here strictly to be divisive or those who profess Christ, but refuse to obey Him. I can gain nothing by reading their posts and negativity begets negativity frequently. I refuse to go down that dark path with them.

It can be more difficult because some find they must change screen name every day or two because they are routinely banned for vile behaviour. Then it becomes trickier, but style is fairly easy to ferret out in a sentence or two, and the ignoring of new nicks begins again. The nicks change, but the vileness from within sadly remains for now. I am confident that in time their pain can be healed if they allow it.

God bless you and yours.

You are a hoot. I have never discussed Noah's ark on here. Discussing Noah's ark is not even on my radar for Topix conversations.

You have a fabulous imagination, and that can be a great trait. Do not let anyone discourage you from using it! However, I am fairly certain other people will correct you when your declarations of *their* beliefs deviates from reality.

Have a great week!!

Some folks just have to stick their noses in other folks business...and seek to impose their will on others....that usually does not work out very well...lots of unhappy folks wasting their life....living in bondage to this or that....sad to watch.

Just because I disagree with someone as to the Bible's authenticity doesn't mean I can't wish them well. Some of my closest friends are devout Christians. In fact, the other three members of my singing group are church-going Bible-believing Christians. They tease me about being an atheist and we get into theosophical and philosophical discussions from time to time, but our friendship always remains intact.

I admit it's easier to call someone whom you only see online an idiot, and I'm guiltier than anyone else here of doing that. It's much harder to do that face to face.

I don't think it's hypocritical to have a vigorous debate with someone, or to vehemently disagree with them, then turn around and tell them I hope they have a nice day. In fact, isn't that one of the messages of Christianity, to love thine "enemies"?

Thanks for the clarification.

Stop lying.

There is no "special" place in your imaginary Hell for those people you hate.

And your statement "people like you", only serves to show everyone your bigoted hatred.

Do racists go to hell? How about people who advocate for the murder of children? Or those who advocate genocide?

If those pople go to hell, then Jesus must be in hell, because he did ALL THREE of those things:

Jesus was a racist - he refused to heal non-Hebrews.(Matthew 10 and 15)

Jesus advocated the killing of children.(Mark 7 and Matthew 15)

Jesus was in favor of genocide.(Acts 13)

So now when people tell you to go to hell, look at it as a POSITIVE thing - they're telling you to go be with Jesus.

In hell.

Why did demons follow Christ around? Because they sought to destroy Him or nullify His teachings but of course, they failed. It is why the non-believers are drawn to the Christian forum. They know that their failure is close at hand and they viciously try to attack the Word any way they can. They haven't changed in the whole time they have existed. They try to disguise themselves in the garb of human understanding called "science and evolution." It is their only hope and that is why they try to ridicule the believers by saying we don't want nothing to do with science and keep trotting out the same old tired "Well, if you don't like science then stop using your computer." That is the lamest and most juvenile piece of garbage I have ever heard. They are nothing but little children thumbing their nose at something they don't understand.

Basically they are harmless little imps.

You mean Star Reborn's god as well right? BEcause he believes in his personal god that hes had convo's and even went to heaven and saw lol. So theres no proof for his god right?

And atheists believe that since there is no proof of God that there is no God. If they just thought there is no evidence but that didnt necessarily mean there was no God they would be agnostic right? Yep....
