Sorry, unless you can prove that Gays and Lesbians AREN'T Citizens.......they should have the same FUNDAMENTAL right to marry the person of their choosing without regard to the gender of that person and then THOSE LEGAL MARRIAGES MUST BE TREATED EQUALLY UNDER THE LAW LIKE ANY OTHER LEGAL MARRIAGE!!!

Fundamental rights are not decided by the whim of the majority. That's why they are called rights.

Did you even read Loving v. Virginia?

The text of that case is law in the US. And it holds that marriage is a fundamental right. Explicitly.

I do not understand where your trying to go with this? The earth is full of nasty in very small to big packages. Are you saying that all these nasty thing come from your loving god?

Marriage is a contract, and since the 14th Amendment guarantees equal legal rights, then all qualifying persons can enter into a legal marriage contract.

To enter into any legal contract, both parties have to bring certain criteria into that contract to qualify.
Marriage is a legal contract between one woman and one man.
If you don't meet the criteria, you can't enter into the contract.
Simple enough.

Jesus limited His powers as God while He was in His incarnation. That means He did not know everything while in such a state.
