The OT is filled with battles, and whenever God's armies prepared for
war, they began with music and songs.
When life throws hard situations, calm your soul and sing.
They sang praise songs to God during battle and God brought
His people through victoriously!
For those who doubt, think about all the hymns that still survive and
still ring out in churches on Sunday morning.
Amazing Grace is still heard after a person dies.
These gifted gospel songs didn't just happen, they were borne!
They say, God's alive and well.
Who else, but God would cause such songs of beauty to be written.
There is a God!

That does not prove there is a god. There are many songs which still exist from long ago that are sung today as well as styles of music from the past which were not religious or were from pagan religions. Such as this.

KOOKS is the only person I know that still has an AOL email address and somehow...magically...she befriends the only other person still posting with an AOL IP address.

I am sure it is just a coincidence. Just sure of it.

In the mean time...my new favorite song......which just happens to be the opening to my favorite TV show.

It's full of religious symbolism. I wonder if those religious folks will get it....

Of course she would be using something that is outdated.

I love that song and had only heard it the first time when you posted it on FB yesterday. I worked some this afternoon on choreography to dance to it.

I doubt that many will get the symbolism within it.

What rock have you been hiding under? God Smacked is a very famous metal band and also their music was used in one of The Mummy movies.
