I am curious too, to know why the blog was deleted. It gives the impression that a little disagreement can't be handled unfortunately.

Hey, folks. I deleted that blog because I decided not to update it anymore. I have a new one that follows the same line of thought but is with a better blog host. The reason I haven't posted a link to the new one here is because it is news oriented, and it just doesn't seem right. Not that I think, even in my wildest imagination, that I would be a competitor to Topix, but I just don't think it would be appropriate to link to a site that tries, however feebly, to do the same thing as Topix as far as presenting updated news.
I'm certainly not afraid of disagreement. Modern Christianity is a cold and broken hallelujah, to quote a song. I can assure you that I still think that ID and creationism are stupid (as I've posted repeatedly on my new blog) and that fundamentalists are the new Pharisees that need to be fought against (again, another frequent topic on my new blog). I have been too busy to update this site, but kerdy and the rest are doing a better job than I was, anyway. I hope to have things wrapped up in a couple of weeks so I can start contributing here again. Just trying to keep one nostril above water. |

Again, and this was written in 1925. My personal favorite is the population section. |

Kerdy, thanks for the post. You always seem to find interesting things for me to read.
I promise I'm not just blowing smoke, but I find so many flaws in that article that I literally don't have the time or energy this morning to get into it. I'll bookmark it and maybe we can discuss it later. It's a very interesting read, though, and I thank you for bringing it to my attention. God bless. |

Keep in mind that this was written in 1925 and based off of what was being taught at the time. Evolution has changed its views a few times since then. |
