It is true, but one must understand theology.
Jesus delivered us from the generation of Moses and the binding of The Mosaic laws into the generation of Christianity and The Bride of Christ or The Church.
This is still the generation of Christianity led by Holy Spirit.
This generation will continue until the glorious return of Christ the king.
Before you understand theology you must understand Koine Greek, which is the language that Matthew was written in.

And it is a fact that the word "generation" used in Matthew 24:36 refers specifically to the group of people living at the time that Jesus allegedly spoke those words.

That means that Jesus failed to come back as promised.

Further proof that this was Jesus' meaning is found in Paul's letter's and the Acts of the Apostles, wherein he constantly admonishes unmarried Christians to stay single, since Jesus' return was imminent. By staying chaste they increase their chances of being in a pure state when Jesus arrives.

Since Paul was the founder of Christianity and had a direct line to Jesus, it's safe to assume that he knew what he was talking about.

Jesus said he'd be back before all those people were dead.

They died.

He didn't return.

And he never will.

Christianity is a sham.

Satanic lie. Koing Greek is not a requirement for salvation, for Americans, Asians, Russians, Italians, Arabs, etc. God speaks all languages better than any human. Your ignorance noted.

Hell must be over crowed with heaven being a very lonely place. IE only god and himself to talk to.

I doubt that there will be crows in Heaven. But they are quite beautiful.

You should see the view from my deck of my next life house sitting on the banks of a beer river down from the beer volcano. The way the morning sun splits when shining through all that lovely beer eruptions.

Not true. The original texts were written in Koine Greek. In order to transliterate them one must be fluent in Koine Greek. And to make matters worse, none of the original texts exists today. The Bible you masturbate to is a fifth- or sixth-generation translation of a translation of a copy of a copy or the original texts.

It's worthless, and so is your opinion.

There won;t be anything in heaven visible to the human eye, because souls don;t have eyes.

They don't have ears either, so they won;t hear the wailing and gnashing of teeth. And since they don't have teeth there won;t be anything to gnash.

The plain sad truth is that the Holy Babble was written by a bunch of desert-dwelling misfits who honestly believed that the human body would physically go to heaven if it didn't go to the grave.

Last time I checked with NASA there were no heavenly bodies floating around that weren't composed primarily of rock, so I think your misfits were mistaken.

Too bad you're too stupid to realize that. you would enjoy this life instead of wishing for the next one to come along.

Sorry for the punctuation problems. My daughter spilled soda on the keyboard and the apostrophe key and the semicolon key are stuck together.

Your confusion isn't because your apostrophe key and the semi-colon key are stuck together.
It's because your colon is stuck to your semi-intellect.

You probably have more brains in your colon that I do in my head, but that's because you're a brain-eating zombie.

Speaking of zombies, how's your 2000-year-old Jewish zombie buddy doing? When he's coming back again? LMAO!

I get it. You believe all of our English Bibles are error and you are right. The Truth of the matter is that you don't like what God said to you.

"the furnace of fire" "wailing"

Matthew 13:49-50 (NKJV)
49 So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come forth, separate the wicked from among the just, 50 and cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth."

It's not heaven. The Bible says that there will be a new heaven and new earth, the eternal life will not be taking place in Heaven. It will be on a new earth with a 1400 x 1400 x 1400 mile city made of gold called New Jerusalem.
