I don't think your nuts, in fact I have been studying religion alot lately and the God of deism makes the most sense to me. Nobody is interested because it's boring and there is no money in it. There is no special chosen race, no gay bashing, no God to deny prayers, no heaven/hell, there wouldn't be thousands of denominations of deism all claiming to be right, no reason to start holy wars or any of the other great things brought to us by religion.<quoted text>
Yeah, the racial part of the doctrine aside, my beliefs actually make more sense then most of what the people here believe, but understandably they think that I'm nuts because I believe that when the scriptures refer to the "devil" it's talking about white people, lol.
Yeah, like I said, I don't believe in magical devils or alot of the other fairy-tale stuff.
Basically, I believe that G-d created our universe, programmed it (and us), and then fell back, only occasionally interfering a bit to steer it back on track or whatever. And it's clear that G-d doesn't neccessarily care about the petty likes and dislikes of every individual, lol, you can just look at the world around you for evidence of that. And look at how G-d ordered the Israelites to slay entire peoples, lol. He/it/whatever is on an entirely different level.
I guess you can call the white man the devil since they used the Bible as justification to enslave your ancestors. Lucky for you the civil war stormed the Bible belt and took the slaves by force! LOL
