My word is G-d's to you Ham.
Where did God Almighty state that this is true? Or are you adding onto what is written like you were told not to?
Let me ask you question, seriously.
Would it make sense for me to pick up the personnel hand-book that the Frito-Lay plant distributes to it's employees even though I don't work there? Would it make sense for me to abide by Frito-lay's rules and regulations even though I don't work there?
No! However I could put in an application and, if accepted, then those rules would apply to me, right?
So it is with you bro. The guidelines don't neccessarily apply to you unless we (1) establish a community and allow you to move in or (2) you join our team.
Btw, is this you Flygeria? http://www.youtube.com/watch...
You are TERRIBLE at analogies. Are you really comparing a chip plant to God Almighty who created ALL THINGS (or is at least the REASON ALL things exist) including me and you? This is the analogy you're trying to make?
So lets see again Imma just post verses that contradict what you're saying. Only for you to ignore them and say you're "torah based" all the while not showing where the Torah states or even IMPLIES at whatever you're trying to spout. Heres Isaiah 56
3 Let no foreigner who is bound to the Lord say,
“The Lord will surely exclude me from his people.”
And let no eunuch complain,
“I am only a dry tree.”
4 For this is what the Lord says:
“To the eunuchs who keep my Sabbaths,
who choose what pleases me
and hold fast to my covenant—
5 to them I will give within my temple and its walls
a memorial and a name
better than sons and daughters;
I will give them an everlasting name
that will endure forever.
6 And foreigners who bind themselves to the Lord
to minister to him,
to love the name of the Lord,
and to be his servants,
all who keep the Sabbath without desecrating it
and who hold fast to my covenant—
7 these I will bring to my holy mountain
and give them joy in my house of prayer.
Their burnt offerings and sacrifices
will be accepted on my altar;
for my house will be called
a house of prayer for all nations.”
8 The Sovereign Lord declares—
he who gathers the exiles of Israel:
“I will gather still others to them
besides those already gathered.”
Thats odd. Why is it talking about foreigners binding themselves to the COVENANT (not going to men and asking them to tell them what to do)? Why is it talking about foreigners observing the sabbath? Where is the talk of the foreigners being better off serving Israel than trying to serve the God of Israel? Heres another one that you'll ignore
1 Samuel 2:30
"Therefore, this is the declaration of the LORD, the God of Israel:'Although I said your family and your ancestral house would walk before Me forever, the LORD now says, "No longer!" I will honor those who honor Me, but those who despise Me will be disgraced.
Thats odd. Why is God Almighty (allegedly) saying that those that HONOR Him He will honor and those that DESPISE Him will be disgraced?
