You have faith in a few things. 1. that what the bible says is really the word of this God. 2. that it was transcribed properly thru the ages. 3. that what the first interpreters said is right. 4. that the many that followed and added to those words (of the Bible) and meanings is right. 4. and now thousands of years later, that the newer meanings and added commentaries are still right 5. and that this God accepts all that, exactly in the same way as do you. 6 and this God is by decree of Human doctrine alone going to honor that thousand of years word-play and do exactly as YOU/others say he will do. 7. that he has no freedom to alter his course as HE sees fit.
Yeah, your faith is dependent upon a lot of Man-made Rules that this God must abide by...
