poverty-related crime: metaphor

Ethnic minority groups such as African-Americans and Latino-Americans who suffer from economic hardships sometimes turn to theft to accrue monetary gains. These cases are often judged as social bureaucracy tragedies but politicians sometimes fail to address the underlying problem: economic inequity arising from education mismanagement.
In the consumerist-obsessive Information Age, where virtually anyone with money can trade shares of Wendy's fast food on the New York Stock Exchange Euronext from anywhere in the world at high-speeds online, education resources become necessary to distribute prudent product branding.
After all, education breeds a more egalitarian perspective on resource sharing.
Perhaps market-divinity Hollywood (USA) movies such as "Coming to America" (1988) and "The Aviator" (2004) serve as meaningful psyche symbols of motivational perspectives on applied ambition consciousness.
Are they printing movie posters on hemp/recycled paper yet?
