I am in the process, of becoming a Christian. I have been to several different churches and been visiting Christian websites and forums on the Internet. I have noticed that Christians believe many different things among themselves. I myself are not completely clear just as to how I believe on certain scriptures pertaining to the Bible. I have come here to discuss with you the way you believe and why you believe the way you do. I want to compare your belief of the scriptures and the Bible, to the other Christian denominations. Then I can decide for myself which way I ought to believe.

You don't need a denomination, a church or a group of people to be a Christian. By definition I'm not but I can say follow your heart, if you seek, you will find.

Hi Mr. Sanders....I would first like to say that I'm not here to convert you to any of the mainsteam Gentile Christian sects we see today because as we all should know, the root of the olive tree (also known as Jesus' one flock) should be supporting and teaching Gentiles the truth about what they (Israel) worships. Now, what questions do you have concerning the Bible? I'll be glad to help you :)

I was born raised and educated in a Christian tradition and believed that the Bible was the word of “God” and Jesus died for our sins for most of my formative years but circumstances in my later life caused me to question those beliefs. After a considerable and difficult period of soul searching, research and thinking I became an agnostic (I don’t know) but the one single idea that I came to trust was summed up by the old adage…

"Our passions are the winds that propel our vessel. Our reason is the pilot that steers her. Without winds the vessel would not move and without a pilot she would be lost."

Allow your feelings to motivate you in whatever direction your reason guides you. Your passions will give you the strength to follow the path your reason dictates.

That's because you are not born of God.

We that are born of God are special.

The religious Pharisees, who rejected our humble servant, thought they were special in their own eyes too. They too thought God was their Father. Btw......Do you know what our humble servant said to those who thought they were Torah/Tanakh experts?

You talk as if you are an expert. Comparing us to Pharisees.

By the way, we are not Pharisees and we do not care what is in the Torah. And they did not think God was their father. They thought Abraham was their father.

If you are going to try to be an expert, at least get your facts right.

All we care about is that we have the Spirit of God.

To which you have not.

No one accused you of anything. I was simply pointing out that Jesus taught us to be humble and not to exalt or justify ourselves before men. That's all.

Then you should have no problem keeping the commandments Jesus taught us to keep from the Torah, right?
