Just as human beings are drawn to tribalism, cultism was a natural and inevitable offshoot.
All religions emerge from cults.

Incorrect.

Christianity is supported by world history.

Your pagan beliefs come from the cult at babylon.

And there is no polygamy found in Christian law.

Polygamy is often practiced by Mormons and Muslims to allow them to overtake nations. Mormons were created to populate and rule the new western states, and that is what they have done!

Before the Civil War Mormons were driven out of Missouri and moved further west to Utah where they have taken over sections of the country (LDS advocate theocracy). They take multiple wives to produce as many children as possible for the takeover.

On October 14th, 1838, in Missouri, Smith declared his identification with Muhammad:“If the people will let us alone we will preach the gospel in peace. But if they come on us to molest us, we will establish our religion by the sword. We will trample down our enemies and make it one gore of blood from the Rocky Mountains to the Atlantic Ocean. I will be to this generation a second Mohammed, whose motto in treating for peace was ‘the Koran or the sword.” So shall it eventually be with us–’Joseph Smith or the Sword’”.(Brodie, No Man Knows My History, ch.xvi, p.231)

Joseph Smith ran for US president until a mob brought his presidential bid and life to an end.

I think it's sad that the sodomites can get married in some states but a polygamist can't!
What about the ladies?

And lets consider your race. Where the females are now making way more money than their men, and are actually establishing strongholds in the Business world that their Bros' are lagging way behind in.

So if the ladies want it and can afford it, let them have a few husbands all living under one roof too...

And since the Women (in general) are supposedly cheating nearly as much as the men, your logic supports their having more'n one husband too...

1, Supported? Let me guess, you think that means it proves and legitimizes the claims too..? The only support Xtian-dom gets is its player status in Western history...thats it.

2. Xtian law? And here I thought it was all about relationship - not laws as claimed by most Xtians these days. There are no laws in relationships...unless of course one party holds all the power, than we know what thats really called...

3. Uh...hmmm...FYI, none of this ever manifested, so who gives a F? The rest of us just rolled right into Mormon territory...and in some corners pushed them aside to their enclaves.

Their somewhat stable and higher (than other white groups) birthrates are being tested from all sides as we speak. Can the Religion truly grow much larger, and/or dominate? I'm going with a No. As their rate of leaving is higher than other Religions, and they tend to toss people out much more frequently than others - and then there's the Internet.

Now any Mormon can Goggle Joe Smith and see what a hoax and fraud he was, and learn the truth about the inherent racism that lasted well up to the current age...

And when Mormons leave the faith they tend to flee their enclaves, and move far away as well, and they do this more'n other Faiths too...they tend to leave Utah when they drop the faith, thereby breaking down their strongholds numbers. Which has dropped by over 10% in the last few decades.

How much longer can they maintain they're Whitetopia ways...? As they tend to also be Uber-pro-immigration...likely some form of guilt...

Im not worried about any Mormon-ish rise to power...

They have already taken over regions of the country. You're just too stupid to know it.

Stop trying to teach about biblical marriage. As a non-believer you are no authority on the subject.

In Matthew 19:4 we are told by Jesus that God created one "male and [one] female" and joined them in marriage. Mark 10:6-8:" But from the beginning of the creation, God 'made them male and female.''For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife,'and the two shall become one flesh'; so then they are no longer two, but one flesh.
The two as one is the pattern on how marriage was to be conducted from the start. NOT three or four as one....

There is no excuse for sin, just put a stop to it and give your life to Jesus. Its better to do this then to burn in hell for ever.....(Hosea 4:6).......

Thanks, good catch. Much appreciated.

I am not wired up in such a way to handle a one to many or many to many marriage, but whenever anyone asks about a man with more than one wife, I have to ask about a woman with more than one husband.

And that's before we add same sex permutations into the mix.

BTW, Thinking is an atheist.
The retard, is the one - You - who thinks they control the debate by out right dismissing the other POV's, and not debating them. Go back and address my Power and Control points...and maybe we can have a debate. Till then you're a Troll, or whatever the word/term dujour is for those who wish to incite and insult over actual discussion.
Plus, your disappearance on the subject/thread is telling as to how truly interested you are in any real discussion...

Authority? I dont need no authority...as none of you do either. You all think you pick up a Bible, read it and conclude and agree with what took a few thousand years to develop?!! Oh puh-lease. I pis& on your authority. Your God didnt appoint you as his authority. Phooey on You!

Taken over? Utah? Sure they are the dominate Faith and ethnic class - but that has dropped to just over 60%. Down from 72 a decade ago. And sure they quasi-rule some spots in Northern Arizona, spread themselves thin in the downstate, and places like that.

But they are faced with enormous pressures from other Americans moving to these warmer, less populated but recently inhabited and updated regions where Mormons first moved to...as well as Latinos and other brown skinned cultures moving to more tolerant and peaceful enclaves off the already crowded coasts. And the Mormons are super cautious about their racist past, as well as being very immigrant friendly...which will mean a loss of control in the long term.

If they can keep their enclaves as actual enclaves of Whitetopia, they might in a decade attract support and some influx of those white folks who left other faiths and places and see them as the bulwark against the emerging non-white, latte colored world and who seek that sort of safety, and/or fantasy...

I dont see the Mormons rising to any greater heights...IMO, they've already peaked as a culture.

Come on now, Xtianity is all about patriarchy and misogyny. Women are not equal in the Xtian mind-set of most Xtian males, especially American ones.

how about we just have a freeforall f' fest?

Polygamy with one man and several women is more in sync with the natural order whereas one woman with several men isn't. I could explain why this is but assume that you'll reject it because it's not what you want to hear.

That doesn't answer the question of whether you would be willing to share your woman with another man.

No.

And even if I were it would cause problems--you can't have multiple heads of household and if she were to get pregnant a dna test would be required to determine who's the father.

So you wouldn't share your woman but you expect a woman to share her man?

Double standard as far as I can see.

Yeah it's a double standard because men and women are different.

Contrary to what the cultural marxists would have you believe, men and women are different, so different rules should apply when it comes to some things. But of course I'm not advocating that polygamy is preferable, I'm just saying that I wouldn't oppose it.

Like I said, If a somodmite can make another man his wife or husband, then we should accept polygamy as well.
