Donnie Swaggart said that before the cross no one had the Holy Ghost. He said that the Holy Ghost fell on them but did not dwell in them that were under the old covenant.

Luke, Chapter 1, 15: For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb.

Luke, Chapter 1, 41: And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost:

Luke, Chapter 1, 67: And his father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Ghost, and prophesied, saying,

Here are 3 people who were filled with the Holy Ghost before Jesus was Born.

Donnie Swaggart said that angels could not possess people or demons could not possess people. He said that people are possessed with the spirits of the Nephilim or something like that.

Luke, Chapter 22, 3: Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.

Here you can read in the bible... the fallen angel Satan entered in and possessed Judas.

Judged:

1

They say that Jesus never spoke in tongues.

Yes he did.

Mark, Chapter 15, 34: And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

Mark, Chapter 5, 41: And he took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say unto thee, arise.

Here are 2 times Jesus talked in tongues as the Spirit gave utterance.

No, Jesus was not speaking in Aramaic. But correct me if I am wrong...isn't Aramaic another tongue other than Hebrew?
Yes or no?

And wasn't the Spirit giving utterance when Jesus spoke?
Yes or no?

They said there was no such thing as Holy water.

Numbers, Chapter 5, 17: And the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is in the floor of the tabernacle the priest shall take, and put it into the water:

They say that water never saved nobody.

John, Chapter 4, 10: Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.

John, Chapter 4, 11: The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?

John, Chapter 7, 38: He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

They said the Holy Ghost will not make you do crazy things.

How crazy is this.

John, Chapter 9

6: When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,
7: And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam,(which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing.

So crazy they said Jesus had a devil.

1 Samuel, Chapter 19
23: And he went thither to Naioth in Ramah: and the spirit of God was upon him also, and he went on, and prophesied, until he came to Naioth in Ramah.
24: And he stripped off his clothes also, and prophesied before Samuel in like manner, and lay down naked all that day and all that night. Wherefore they say, Is Saul also among the prophets?

Now if you and a group of men from the church were having a fellowship meeting and the Spirit of God came upon you and you cast off your clothes and started prophesying...

Would they say it was

A. God

B. devil

They more than likely would call the police on you. Or something of this nature.

I doubt if they would go OH THE LORD IS HERE and start raising their hands and worshiping God.

These people are self proclaimed interpreters of the word of God. The truth is they are deceived just as much as all the rest of the self proclaimed Christian word of God interpreters... out there. You think they are arrogant and proud now.

If Mr. Swaggart had not had fallen...to the sin of adultery.

My oh my

They would all be walking on water by now.

Donnie said that when you are filled with the Holy Ghost you are baptized in the Holy Ghost.

He also said you can be born again with out being baptized in the Holy Ghost.

I would like to debate all of them on their belief of the salvation of God. To me now this is just me.

They contradict themselves, a whole lot. It seems like they have a different twist just about every time they talk about it.

For example(I think I got this right) They believe that you can be saved which is born of the Spirit... but not have to be filled with the Holy Ghost. And to be filled with the Holy Ghost is the baptism of the Holy Ghost. But you are only saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

I think I got this right on how they believe and teach.

And with Mr. Swaggart everything is "THE CROSS".

How do you get saved..."THE CROSS".

Do you have to be baptized by water...."THE CROSS".

Do you have to repent..."THE CROSS".
etc...etc

Someone needs to tell him Jesus is no longer on the cross.

I do not believe he has the complete revelation of the cross. Not from what I have heard him preach.

I would like to debate him on it.

Mr. Swaggart and Donnie said that angels do not have wings.

I am not saying they do and I am not saying they don't... but how do they fly if they don't have wings?

Revelation, Chapter 8, 13: And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven

Revelation, Chapter 14, 6: And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven

"heard an angel flying"

Wouldn't it be because of the wings of the angel that he heard the angel flying?
Yes or no?

Ezekiel, Chapter 11
22: Then did the cherubims lift up their wings

cherubims are angels are they not?

And yes they have been on Earth.

Genesis, Chapter 3, 24: So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

Someone asked them about hearing the voice of God.

Mrs Swaggart said for them to just read their bible and that every time you read the bible you are hearing the voice of God.

This is not true.

They are selling the things of God.

He is even selling his sermons.

I sent them a email rebuking them for this but they never returned it. If I ever met any of them I would rebuke them for this.

I sent then an email asking them why they traded or sold the Holy things of God for money but they never sent back an answer. Can someone tell me why Christians do this?

Mr. Swaggart is now selling some Cd's for half price(he said he has reduced the price to half) and he said the anointing of the Holy Spirit is on these songs.

Here he is by his own words selling for money... music that has been anointed with the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

Is this not a very wicked thing to do?

Yes or no?

They also advocate women pastors.

I would ask them how can a woman be a pastor and not disobey this commandment for women.

1 Timothy, chapter 2
Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

This is an example of something that Paul did get right but most self proclaimed Christians do not believe.

Donnie said that the commandment for women to be silent in church does not apply today because in the days of the Apostles he said the women set on one side and the men set on the other and as Paul was preaching they would holler over at their husbands and ask questions.

This is utterly absurd.

And besides how would Donnie know this? Did God give him a vision?

lol

If you are going to spin a story to verify why you advocate women to disobey what is written in the bible you need to spin one far better than this one.

Donny and Frances And Friends

Say that only God knows the heart. No one can know your heart but God.

Let us take a look at what is written that Jesus said...concerning this.

Matthew, Chapter 15, 18: But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.

So as you can clearly read...You can know the heart of anyone by those things that which proceed out of the mouth.

I can try the heart of any soul and always know the truth from their heart.

My goodness...isn't that what I have been doing on here?
