What you fail to realize is smart people can figure these things out. I think it best to rely on what the smart people figure out, not what a bunch of ignorant clodhoppers figure out. It's true. I'm not an authority on the destruction of Sodom but the five cities: Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, Zeboim, and Lasha are listed twice in the Bible as well as in external records and the smart people have determined that Sodom was in present day Syria, not on the border of the Dead Sea as the Bible indicates.

Though Civil Engineering is not the greatest of Biblical research tools, I did take Soil Mechanics, Hydrology and Hydrodynamics so no, Noah's flood never happened. The smart people concur.
